Very easy booking process
Very easy booking process, I booked to pay in installments and was afraid I'd spend the money before the dates so paid installments early with no penalties for that. They were very helpful answering enquiries about adding on a person to my booking midway through payment plan giving me multiple options. Non-Hotel (resort) was exactly as described and very pleasant, unfortunately for us we got burned Day 1 so although we didn't get out much we were very content in our bungalow

It's my first time booking with On the Beach. First of all the prices are very competitive, in fact it was the best value, booking was straight foward , even for me, I would highly recommend On the Beach for the competitive prices, the large choices in every category and the ease with booking. I will be using On the Beach in the future.

I honestly cannot get in touch with on the beach staff, I wanted to double check that our studio apartments are beside each other as I'll be travelling with my Husband and 3 Boys..I know you will say that I should check with the Hotel but it's very difficult too.

Why dident I find on the beach sooner.what a low cost site.ive been to a hotel last month that ticked all the right box's for me as it was central and walking distance and right for me in comfort and style and food was lovely and peaceful setting.so I came home and came across this wonderful site on the beach did a search for the hotel I stay in previously with another travel provider and searched dates and I was so shocked with the savings on price comparison of the other provider I paid a €10 depoist and booked to go back and I can not waith.could not belive the price and savings I've made by going with on the beach.i be useing this site going forward no hassle and all on one app.

On the beach has taken the best part of £3000 out of my account over cancelled holidays that I did not cancel. And they are impossible to actually talk to unless to want to talk to ai. I have been trying for 4 days now. If you are thinking of booking with on the beach as I have been for a few years please don’t they might be cheap but as soon as you need human help because they have put you in financial difficulty. You ain’t getting help. All I wanted to do was talk my family on holiday thank you so much on the beach

Superb Family Fun
As a family with two children we were very happy with the Kids Club in particular. Eva, Silvia, Christina, Elia, Samantha & Amber kept our daughters busy with art, crafts and games. The Teens Club was also useful for older children who want to entertain themselves in the afternoon and evenings. Overall the hotel was compact but beautifully maintained. The food was excellent and there were a variety of restaurants that offered variation for a stay of one week. The evening entertainment was also very good offering acrobatics, magic, dance and live band performances. It's possible to walk to Paphos Harbour in about 20 minutes along the promenade.

I booked a holiday on the 8th of May
I booked a holiday on the 8th of May, deposit was paid and the first payment for the holiday has been taken.
I have not received a booking confirmation from on the beach and I can’t use the online chat system to speak with anyone as it will not let me proceed without a booking reference which I obviously am yet to receive.
There is no other contact method for on the beach.
I am now stuck paying for a holiday that has not been confirmed, cant see it on my bookings on the app or online.
I cant even fully remember what days i booked or what airport i am flying from and i have no way of getting this information from on the beach.
DO NOT BOOK WITH ON THE BEACH!!
