They sent a wrong item, and then tried making it seem like they're doing me a favor by considering an exchange. That is just fraud. They sent a completely different item, and their customer service is terrible. Arrogant and wrong. That too, they shipped the item 1 month+ late. And yet the wrong one. Absolutely horrendous.
I received a counterfeit Bobbi Brown highlighter from On The List.
The product arrived in completely incorrect packaging, poor quality, and the refill even fell out.

A good app to buy discount famous brand products, you can find out the various products in this app or website at a lower price. One brand's sales period about one week. Sometimes buying more can get more discount.
Bought 2 things, came with faults. Emailed multiple times and no reply. Contacted via Facebook and Instagram, still ignored. No reply, no customer service, be careful when purchasing as they don't do return/ refund even when items are faulty 😭
Agree with the recent reviewer about their point system - complete scam! After making it impossible to use the points I converted all my accumulated points to one year premier voucher, only to be told that the one year membership expired after one month!! Utter scam!!!
The company is fraudulent. Firstly their site is continually under maintenance so you cannot use their loyalty points. Then they change their points scheme so they expire within 4 months, rather than having no expiry date - and they do not send you an email or SMS to tell you about the change. They will not let me speak to a manager. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
