Perfect duplication and production
I had a recent requirement to duplicate a "Prize Draw" form, which also collected data on potential customer requirements. I had one (old) example left. The team at OnTime crafted an EXACT duplicate at a great cost. Fantastic job, and I would HIGHLY recommend speed, cost, and professional product.

Lucas replied quickly and was very helpful. We were careful as always to have our design PDF submitted correctly and to the size and spec we needed. Avoid - incompetent printers

Just to clarify, we printed the exact size you requested this time—496.1 x 78.1 cm—based on the format you specified, and we adjusted the graphic accordingly. There was an option to request a proof before printing, which might have saved some of the back-and-forth here.
Reviewing your previous orders for 500 cm and 499 cm prints, it looks like there might have been a simple mix-up with the size entered on this one.
Our offer of a 25% discount on a reprint isn’t because we think we made a mistake—it’s just our way of helping to make things right and ensure you’re satisfied. If you decide to give it another try, we’re here to help!
