Much like the previous review. Absolutely shocking service! Purchased a watch via wowcher as a Christmas present. Never arrived despite numerous messages sent over to them. This company should not be allowed to trade via wowcher etc. absolutely shocking do not use!!!!

ordered a hugo boss watch on 25 november through wowoucher for delivery on or before 07 dec 22. it has never arrived ,emailed 15 times to wowoucher , on time ventures, sent 3 what app messages no reply. barclaycard said cannot refunds as ordered through 3rd party which i was totally unaware off.
appalling service DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

if I could give this company a zero I would do, I paid for a watch which never ever arrived, I emailed the company who never replied to a single one. My Xmas was ruined as the watch I ordered never arrived so my husband never received his present I saved up for and the stress of sending so many messages and emails and not having a single reply was so frustrating. diabolical. Do not trust this company.

Just like the other reviews, ordered a watch through wowcher 17th Dec, to be here by 21st Dec. Then it was to be 28th Dec. You can only contact wowcher through whatsapp, to be in a queue for someone to message back within 48 hrs. I've gave up. My request for refund ignored. My credit card company have refunded me pending investigation. Will never use wowcher again.

Terrible company (if they are actually that) Non delivery of goods ordered via the just as terrible company Wowcher. 0 response to any of my emails! No number to contact either. Scam artist.
Wished I’d have checked trust pilot before ordering as multiple customers have had the same experience. Now making a claim through my bank.

This company is absolutely terrible. Ordered via wowcher on 18th December after seeing a guarantee for delivery on 21st December. Still nothing by 23rd and 2 emails. I'm still waiting on hearing ANYTHING from these people. This was a Christmas gift, the one and only time I have ever had to say to someone that I don't have their present. DISGRACFUL! I am now going to have to climb through hoops with god knows who to claim this money back! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting company! Should be shut down! Wowcher need to stop allowing this company on their site other wise Wowcher will lose their custom. They aren't even worth the one star I've given them but it wouldn't allow me to write a review until I gave them a star! I'm still waiting for a Christmas present which was meant to be delivered before 20/12/2022!!!!!! Emailed the company, so have Wowcher on my behalf!!! Awful!!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR WOWCHER AGAIN!!!!

This company is a SCAM I dont know why WOWCHER are in partnership with this company they have not delivered the watch I had bought on the 27th of November. I had spoken to them through Wowcher and through Email they told me the parcel was lost by Evri so they sent a replacement through DPD they told me they would email in 24hrs to give me the tracking details that was on Tue 13th of Dec and I have emailed since also contacted them again through wowcher and I haven't heard a thing or received my item. Wowcher told me to wait until 28th Dec as it would be delivered by then if not I would get my refund the 28th has been and gone and they are now telling me to wait until the 5th of January they have no proof of dispatch or tracking details to back this claim up. This has been a total scam and I am out of £140 and a Christmas gift disgusting behavior avoid at all costs!

Ordered a watch through Wowcher from this company, contacted them several times so see if the watch has been atleast dispatched as I understand delivery at this time of year can take longer than expected but have had no response so far. I paid for speedy delivery to ensure it was here by the 19th but it hasn’t arrived, it’s a Christmas gift and just want to know if it’s going to be here on time or whether I’m going to have to guy and buy something else. Company has no phone number and can’t find anything about them online at all! I have ordered watches through Wowcher before and never had any issues whatsoever.
