Absolute rubbish. We are led into believing we are buying a Rolls Royce but receive generically produced and over-expensive equipment without detailed instructions. One might as well be looking at the user manual for the Space Shuttle.

A coffee maker (available under a different brand name) died within a couple of weeks and their air fryer combi has ruined more meals than I can afford. They will not arrange its collection.

Customer service is rude, too.

Hi Jeff. Blue Onyx Trading promoted their company as being an ethical investment firm. They have a company name that is
similar to your company’s name and I wanted to inform you of their unethical practices. The information outlined in the
paragraph below was used for a review of this company. If you or anyone in your company is aware of a method for me to
obtain my $250 deposit back from Blue Onyx Trading, that would be appreciated.

Blue Onyx Trading is an unethical company as it states that it makes trades and profits for people. I deposited $250 Canadian
to Blue Onyx Trading on July 29, 2025 and a person by the name of Samuel Ruix stated that I had a balance of over $8300 on
September 9, 2025. Attempts were made in texts and and in e-mail between September 5, 2025 and October 3, 2025 to obtain
my $250 Canadian deposit and no actions were taken to provide a refund. Blue Onyx Trading is an unethical company as they
accept deposits, make claims of large trading balances and they provide no refunds

Keep in mind that there is nothing positive about this platform. I switched to Good Merit, which is superior to this, due to their poor customer service agents and lack of transparency.

Got calls from someone pretending to be from Blockchain.com, using CoinStats as their platform.
The information they gave me was too good to be true, although they had all the contact information about me.
BE CAREFUL!

This company is not a regulated trader in Canada, Britain, Spain, Switzerland and most other European nations.

Scam company regardless on what their latest domain is. Any positive review about this company on Trust Pilot is fake. Embarrassed that I fell for this relatively elaborate scam. Total scum bags and I am wishing any body associated with this company could meet a quick demise.

I was scammed by this Co from September 2022 to January 2023. I lost my hard earned money to tune of 25000$. Then onyx-traders.com vanished and started their new scammer agency by name of Onyx-traders.net and now they are sucking out new fishes who get into their trap. Be aware of these fraud scammers or you will suck your lifelong earnings.

Took my money and traded it away to zero. They kept calling too asking me for more funds!

I almost lost all my savings! Thanks to the company intervention on my title, they helped me get a refund and I'm glad and they locked my account for months

100% scam group. Don't fall for these guys. They got me for over 20000usd. And wanted me to send them money in order to withdraw any from them. stay well away. They get you to transfer money from your bank to a Crypto account that they want you to set up and then from that crypto account they get you to purchase bitcoin, and then they'll get to transfer to their made account. And once bitcoin is transfered its untraceable. I wish there was a way to get my money back. But very doubtful. I started with them late January 2023 up until June 2023 when I finally realized I was being scammed.

This is a scam and fraud company. They sucked up all my money more than 20000 USD and returned nothing. Don't get into their trap, they get people trapped and once one gets caught into their trap they will drain all your earnings and then vanish

One last thing Carol Hill said “ I got money out of you like ringing a dog toy dry!”. Disgusting!!

I did Trading with this Company and then found out they are just Scammers and Thieves Onyx traders is A scam Lost my money they told me if I want it I had to pay $1500 for Tax and then I would get it, they never tell the truth from the start.
Just been told I will have to Pay 5% every day that I don't Pay the $1500 what a rip off this company is.
