The website was clear and easy to use, delivery was quick - all very good, thank you!

From there though, it went a little downhill. Your instructions rather clearly state that we need to put the pans into the "washing machine" before first use. Naturally, we thought this might be a mistake and you actually meant the dishwasher. But no...

Just a little further down in your instructions you mention that it's dishwasher safe, and make a few more mentions about using a dishwasher. So the initial sentence comes across that it does actually mean a washing machine, which had us a little confused...

So thinking it may be a new generation thing to "break in" the pots and pans we took your instructions to heart and placed one of the pans into the washing machine. We were not sure if we needed to use washing powder or fabric softener with the pans - but did so just to be safe...

All started off well, the pan rattled a little but was getting a good soak in the washing machine, so we retired to go watch some TV. After about 30min though, GOSH, to our horror, the washing machine started to violently vibrate, water started to leak out everywhere causing our laundry room to flood! It was crazy, we had water spraying all over our brand new laminate floods, including all over over the plug socket...it was then that our main power tripped...

Water gushing everywhere, in the dark with only our phones to light our way, we rushed outside to turn off the main water supply, only to trip over the box which Oynx used to ship the pans on our route outside, falling onto the cat who panicked and tore across the room breaking every coffee mug and photo frame in sight.

Our neighbor, hearing the commotion and glass breaking, peeked out their window only to see a torch light and presumed the obvious - the house was being robbed. Her husband came tearing out with a baseball bat and the police in tow, finding me fumbling on the floor in the dark trying to find my phone so I can find the electricity box.

I was now handcuffed and had to explain what I was doing in my own home. After gathering my composur, with a massive bruise to my ego, I managed to turn off the main water supply, and turn on the electricity back on and show the authorities I belonged in the house.

The house looked like a war zone - water everywhere, broken glass, and a washing machine that looked like a stick of dynamite had been placed inside as a prank.

Needless to say, we now need to purchase a new washing machine, a new set of coffee mugs and re-do our 6 month old laundry floors. We also need to send the neighbor to truama councelling.

The delightfull news though, the pan which we put into the washing machine barely had a scratch on it - amazingly durable and a tribute to your high quality of your pans - it can destroy a metal washing machine with ease!

As you may have gathered by now, I'm only joking. But might be an idea to update the spelling on your pamphlet - our office has been having a good laugh at the thought that someone one day will probably be dumb enough to put it into a washing machine and then blame you for it :)

Will be back to buy a few more pans in the near future!

Fast delivery, awesome product ! Just one note though: I'm French speaking and most of the website and e-mails are in Dutch. Not a big deal, but that's some room for improvement :)

Very good quality, easy to cook with and easy to clean. And aesthetically pleasing!

Just average. No difference to other products. The bottom is not flat, even after the advised procedure.
