Oomay is a scam

Customer service is a joke, return system is a scam. They will quite literally ignore you if you try to return the bag. Should’ve guessed that only customer service returns are sketchy. The bags are terrible quality. Don’t order there and save yourself some money.

CUSTOMER SERVICE clearly try to persuade you not to return the Maya bag which is extortionately overpriced as it is drop shipped from China. A label is then stuck over retailers address 153 Blakeney Way, Kingswood Lakeside, Cannock, United Kingdom, WS11 8LD. This is registered on Companies House as YUNEXPRESS UK LTD

Yet if you want to return an item you are informed you have to send it to the US!! Or you can accept a 20% or 40% (on 2nd email) discount. If only I had read their reviews before ordering!

Dont do it

Customer service is a joke and you can get their popular $45 Maya bag literally anywhere else for half the price. $20 amazon and $5 temu

Actually my new favorite bag

I actually adore the bag I purchased off of this site. I got the black maya bag and I’m in love with it, I’ve been wearing it everyday since I got it and I genuinely have gotten so many compliments when I wear it. After I ordered I saw the comments about it being cheaper on temu and got so nervous but one of my friends bought the temu bag to check it out and it’s literally not even the same bag!!! The quality of the ooomay bag is so much better and the temu bag looks completely different from the photos?? The temu bag says “fashion” on it while my ooomay bag looks just as advertised. I am so happy that it all worked out in the end and will recommend my bag to everyone!!
