The Ooono device works great but App rubbish
The Ooono device works great with flashing lights and sounds. Unfortunately the App maps are very out of date. For example many times I would be in a 20 mph limit but the App says 30 mph so no warning is given although I'm breaking the speed limit and hence no point having the Ooono device. Sorry!!!

Speed limit data is currently in BETA, so there may be instances where limits haven't yet been updated to reflect recent changes — particularly newer 20mph zones which have been rolled out widely in recent years. We're continuously working to improve accuracy over time.
It's worth noting that the CO-DRIVER also alerts you to camera locations regardless of the displayed speed limit, which can still be a useful heads-up on the road.

OK but only OK.
This seems to work OK but as with other systems it tells me of every single mobile site and every motorway gantry with a camera sign, and it isn’t always accurate with the location. I’d prefer to just know I’m approaching a live site, not somewhere there may be a mobile camera.
I’m not sure it gives me anything I don’t already have with Waze. Also it’s giving me far too much notice, sometime miles before the camera on a B road which is useless and annoying and as far as I can tell not something I can adjust.
Disappointing!

The CO-DRIVER is community-based and database-based, meaning alerts are reported by other users in real time. This includes both confirmed fixed sites and reported mobile locations, which can sometimes result in earlier or less precise warnings, depending on how and where they are reported. Alert distances are set by the system and cannot be manually adjusted.
For settings that may help reduce unwanted notifications, it's worth visiting our Help Center at help.ooono.com — there may be options to tailor the experience a little better to your preferences.

The green light indicates an active connection, but you can turn it off in your settings!
For notifications, it's worth checking the sound settings in the app — you may be able to adjust how alerts are delivered to better suit your driving. Our Help Center at help.ooono.com has guidance that should help.

The thing worked very well indeed for two weeks and now it doesn't even switch on, even if connect to the cable. Contact customer services but only the robot answer and nothing yet done about it.
The two weeks that it worked it was five stars but then it let me down. Maybe I wasn't luck with my one. I am willing to change my score if my problem get resolved and a replacement that works get send to me.
