Recently bought the OOONO 1 and have…

Recently bought the OOONO 1 and have had nothing but issues it doesn't register cameras ive tried to put on the app doesn't register or remember them and as for the customer services after telling them about this issue on multiple emails and all they done was almost repeat emails saying do this do that on every single email when the unit clearly has an issue so after 8 or so emails and still no closer to sorting it or even being offered a replacement unit or any monry back as its about as useful as a chocolate fire guard ive given up and am going to try a different product that actually does the job its supposed to

Thank you for your honest review. It's, of course, frustrating that you have issues reporting mobile cameras on the app.

Both the reception of warnings and the report of warnings go through the Bluetooth connection between the Co-Driver and the app. The issue with reporting the cameras is therefore linked to the phone's settings and the software.

Our software developers do their best to improve the app and resolve issues related to the report and the reception of warnings. If the steps our Customer Service has given you don't resolve the issue, they can forward it internally to our developers for analysis and a solution.

Scammers!

Scammers!! The money was taken, but the goods did not arrive, the address indicated in the payment receipt is correct, but the store indicated the wrong delivery address, it is impossible to track, the goods are not there, I did not receive them, no one contacted me!!! The money was stolen. Do not believe it. These are scammers!

Arrived timely but

Arrived timely but it was missing the apple “old style”
Extra adapter (which my mate got with his the week before) so now cant charge it in my car.

The car's charger voltage might not be compatible with the Co-Driver, which can cause issues with charging the Co-Driver in the car.

Don’t bother buying this

Don’t bother buying this, i ordered three, they say they were delivered by Evri, well they still have not delivered. So they sent me a form to fill in to swear on a written contract and sign that i had not stolen them!!! Wtf, anyway i fill the form in and sent it back, and surprise, surprise their server rejected my email as spam, so i called, btw they work odd hours. Customer service is non existent…. Next steps legal action i am guessing they have a UK division? Ccj is calling….

The sworn statement is part of the procedure when an order that was claimed not delivered is delivered, as shown by the tracking link. EVRI uses it as a part of their investigation process. That out costumer service didn't receive your sent sworn statement might be due to a technical issue, which can also be internally investigated.

It works but is too intrusive it sounds like your house alarm has gone off every time you go past some traffic lights.
And doesn't pickup mobile speed camera

Mobile camera registrations are user-based, so a warning from a mobile camera may not be triggered if the camera hasn't been registered in the system yet.

Selective Customer Service!!!

So, I purchased this product after rave reviews about it and it just goes to show that different people have different reviews about this company. I had the devise in my car all paired up and working for a couple of days and then it started playing up. I have the IPhone 17 pro max so not an old phone and everything else that is Bluetooth works fine in the car. I tried to report it and got AI feedback and a message was sent via email with instructions on what to do which I followed to the “T” and still it played up. So made contact with the company who state that they care about their customers but all I got from them was “it must be a software problem“ not that I might have got a duff item from them and basically they don’t want to know. They are extremely happy when everything is nice and rosey for them but when it isn’t so rosey they blame everything else but their product. So if you get a good one you will be fine but if you get a bad one they will not be so accommodating to you and you will be wasting your time to get them to see your side. This is a warning from personal experience with them.

The issue with receiving warnings is due to the phone's settings and software. The app gives a signal to the Co-Driver that it shall trigger a warning. Our customer service is, of course, interested in helping you as well as possible, and our software team is also doing their best to implement improvements to the app. If troubleshooting with customer service doesn't resolve the issue, they can forward it to the software development team so it can be investigated and a solution found.

It seems to work as it should. I have not learned yet when it needs to charged and how I should report accidents or police activities on road.

Hi i was very disappointed with my item…

Hi i was very disappointed with my item i was traveltravelling from rushden to watford i went through a arvege speed none made nothing i joined the M1 from Bedford going yo watford and only told of two speed cameras on the m1 and when your in traffic its says still in a green box and so moving but it still says still for a while plus it doesn't show all the speed limits on display only a few like said im disappointed with the item if works like they say it would be a good bot kit to have in your car I've contacted them but had no response from them at the moment

Average speed cameras are handled differently from standard fixed cameras, and alerts depend on available data and validation. Traffic conditions can also affect how movement and status are shown in the app.





Regarding speed limits, this feature is still evolving, and availability can vary depending on the area and data sources.

Don't waste your money

Product works sometimes not always. Device never recognises fixed speed camera on major motorway even after the coordinates photographic evidence and GPS has being given for the fixed camera to customer services over six months ago and the system has still not been updated. I can press the central button every time I pass the camera but nothing ever changes
As for your advertising "never get a speeding ticket" that can't be legal.
Still waiting for customer service to get back to me , now over 10 days.
Don't waste your money.
