The Shipping time was promised to be around 11-16 days I think and it came After 14 I was very satified and the qc pictures were really good I can only recommend oopbuy

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online store.
I ordered and paid for products from Oopbuy, assuming (as any normal customer would) that the items would be shipped directly to me. After the payment, the whole situation turned into a complete mess.

First, I started receiving confusing emails from them, only to find out that Oopbuy doesn’t actually stock the products — they order them from another supplier and have them delivered to their own warehouse first. After waiting for days with no clear information, I discovered that my products had been sitting in their warehouse for over 10 days without any notice or update from them.

Then came the shock: they asked me to pay an additional shipping fee of over €30, which is more than the value of the products themselves. This was never clearly stated before purchase. When I requested a refund, they refused — claiming it was somehow my fault, even though I was never informed of this ridiculous system.

In the end, they kept my money and provided nothing in return. Unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest business practice. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Oopbuy — they take your payment first, make up extra charges later, and refuse refunds when you call them out.

This company is terrible! I bought an item having tried to ask the "24/7" help about the shipping charge as it had incomplete details about weight and freight size. They told me once the item was in their warehouse, they would provide it. Once the $36 item arrived in their warehouse, their shipping showed $208! When I raised this concern with them, I was told over and over by different agents - as no one person would deal with the query, that since the item was in good condition, it either had to be shipped or they would refund me, minus $12!
Over and over I highlighted that this was their and the manufacturer error, and I would receive standard replies that were sent by a bot, or they ignored the clear logic of their error and would reply back as if the issue was not theirs. Finally they processed the refund taking the money off, but it was their error to begin with!
DO NOT USE THEM!THEIR SHIPPING IS OUTRAGEOUS AND YOU ONLY FIND OUT WHEN THE ITEM ARRIVES WITH THEM.
