Customer service is excellent. As is product and packaging. This is my second time of ordering.

Opala is the best skincare brand available today.
Using it since a couple of years now and my skin just improved with their anti-oxi and gentle moisturiser.
I also love the gentle moisturiser booster as well.

The Restorative Night Serum is perfect for my dehydrated skin.
It nourishes the skin definitely very good and absorbs quickly.
My face stays supple throughout the day and it has a pleasant natural fragrance.

I ordered a couple of products, for the first time, just before Christmas, not expecting them to arrive before Christmas day, so when they did, I was especially delighted.
I have only just started using these, but my initial thoughts are that they are very good. I am very impressed by the quality of the products, so much so, I have just placed another order, so that I can try other products in their range. I am sure that they will be equally as good and I am looking forward to receiving them.

I've tried the anti oxi moisturiser and gentle booster. The smell of both products is really pleasant without being too overpowering. They sink into the skin quickly without feeling sticky and I've noticed a definite improvement in the plumpness of my skin.

Nice smelling products overpriced for the size don’t really moisture my face enough would not buy again only because of the price tag but smell gorgeous x

The anti oxi product was my favourite and it still is my go to product. However, I decided to give their cleanser a go and started using it mornings and evenings. I'm a guy who's pretty lazy with my skin care routine but this is incredible. New brands like Opala definitely need more exposure.

The product matched my expectations after sampling a 10ml free offer, however I did not receive the full delivery of another sample and the full bottle of serum. It appeared that either someone had tampered with the opening seal, or the larger bottle had been forgotten to be enclosed! I took this up with customer services who investigated the delivery company but meanwhile put a replacement bottle for immediate delivery with an alternative company. This is good customer service for which I thank you at Opala Botanicals.

They are great products with good prices! I still haven’t finished to product yet but love how they feel on my skin! The delivery process is also super smooth. Highly recommend!!! I will come back for more!

I have been searching for a cleanser and moisturiser that does not irritate my skin for the last 5 years. I have eczema (dry and sensitive) and acne, which together is a hard combination to treat. After using Opala Botanicals my skin feels incredible. The moisturisers are light but effective and the cleansers leave my face feeling fresh and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone, especially people with sensitive skin!

I have been using the night cream for a couple of months now, I absolutely love it. I wake up feeling really soft and hydrated. I have used it a few times during the day and have been complimented on how I smell, which was due to the scent of the cream. The smell is very pleasant!

After having a problem with my delivery, I found it to be settled immediately, and was also very kindly sent a voucher. The best Customer Service ever!

I absolutely love their anti-oxi moisturiser, my skin is glowing and redness has disappeared.
