I ordered a Breitling Aerospace from their web site.
Watch delivered (Navitimer) was nothing like the watch ordered. Wrong watch, poor quality and hollow, tinny watch band to match.
Got standard reply if I was unhappy to return for refund or new watch. I paid 50 bucks to return the watch. It was held up by customs who said there was insufficient details for the address. I managed to get hold of someone from OPCLOCK who refused to supply any more details. Eventually cleared by customs & a few weeks later got the same Navitimer watch back. Gave up at this point.

Nice store and the watches I have already received. Webasite is very simple to use. I compared prices and this store is more reasonable. Shipping insn't expensive. I suppose it took 2 weeks.

Ordered from their web site. Day after order noticed error in my shipping address by one number notified them and they replied they took care of it. Wrong. Luckily caught mailperson day of delivery to retrieve package.
Watch delivered was no where near the watch ordered and in fact was a poorly made watch. Everything was wrong from  to band and quality.

Unhappy? Hell it was the wrong watch. They don’t take photos as proof.

It’s unfortunate that we have to give at least one star. I bought four watches from this “vendor” last Friday. I never received a confirmation of the order and the Contact Us form on their website doesn’t seem to work. Couldn’t find an email address anywhere on their site so after two days, I alerted PayPal. The only option in this case is to open a dispute (mind you, they ask us to try and contact the seller first, daah…). Yesterday, out of nowhere I received an email from OPCLOCK saying that since I opened a dispute, they could no longer offer assistance with my order and that they would file a complaint for abuse with PayPal. Abuse!? In short, if your goal is to throw your money out the window, get a real window, don’t give it to these guys. The irony is that when you look at their FAQ, there’s a point about buying with confidence since it’s done through PayPal… In my case, this is a $605 USD lesson. To add insult to injury, judging by the number of comments that also mention PayPal, one would thing that they know this seller and yet, they allow him to keep scamming people using their services. Way to go PayPal!

ordered watch was sent the wrong one .paid £16 to return it had to return it to moldova 3 months later royal mail returned the same watch as they would not except it after several emails still no joy they say that they no nothing about it sent them photo of parcel that shows the proof still nothing bad people

one more for the list... I ordered the watches two months ago and still no watches. fake tracking number email response always the same no solution trying to resolve the situation with paypal to get my money back. we have to put the quote down

These guys are scammers, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I also fell for it, didn’t see the reviews before I ordered.

Was told after I cancelled my order a refund would take 10 days well 21 days have passed and it is clear that they have no interest in my refund.

Scammers. I bought a watch I never received. Forunately, I paid by Paypal who have reimbursed me full amount plus transport fees. Strongly recommend NOT to deal with crooks like them.

Avoid like the plague. Cheap, nasty, quartz tripe. Nothing at all like advertised.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a watch from these scamming scum.

failed to deliver, fake tracking number, blames customer of taking advantage of them. rudely refuse to provide assistance after paypal dispute was raised.

Scam! Told me to contact my local delivery, saying it is not there fault, little they know I have a good friend working in the post office

Stay away from this scam. They stole $600 from me and never even sent me the watches. I lost all that money to these scam artists!
