Scammers — unauthorised charges, no support, GDPR violation
We purchased their German vehicle data API for our software business. The data quality was extremely
poor — almost unusable for our needs. We decided not to continue using the service.
Without our permission, they automatically charged €50 to our account. We contacted them via email to
request a refund and account deletion. No response at all.
We then deleted our account through their website, but the account was never actually deleted — we can
still use "forgot password" and receive credential emails, proving our data is still in their system.
This is a clear GDPR violation (Article 17 — Right to Erasure).
We would advise anyone to be very careful before entering payment details on this platform. Read other
reviews here — our experience is not unique.
