Great customer care. I had a little bit of disappointment but the rep, Ivan was beyond amazing! OpenArt still needs a bit of work but on the customer service end, they got it right.

Never disappointed
For me the best site and platform for creating AI videos! Best customer service and everyone is motivated and willing to continuously improve the customer experience and tools.

Unauthorized charges $6,480 - fraud ignored by support
On May 26, 2026, 27 unauthorized transactions of $240 USD each (total $6,480 USD) were made to OpenArt AI using my bank card without my knowledge. I have NO account with OpenArt AI. I contacted their support - they asked for my account details, I explained I have none, and they never responded. No SMS verification or 3D Secure was requested for any of the 27 transactions. I have filed complaints with FTC and FBI (IC3). My bank is processing a chargeback. BEWARE - your card can be used on this platform without your consent and they will ignore your fraud report!!!

The platform is extremely well organized, with a clear and intuitive structure and navigation. Excellent models. Love it!
Overall great but with some flaws.
Hi there!
The handling is great, with just some clicks I can browse through different models and settings. :) The "prompt enhance" function is great for non native speakers to find some fitting words. It's also good to have some folder-option to sort pictures and videos online in the app.
There is a function to save different settings, but sadly it dosn't work completely. Like, it saves my model and width-heigh-relation, but it doesn't save the 2k resolution, always snaps back to 1k.
Also, nice that you are working on a new UI, but it needs somewhat of a guide. In the old ui I can just click "edit" to edit a picture and there is an option to remove the background of a picture. I need this function and can't find it in the new ui.
I've tried a lot of AI creative platforms…
I've tried a lot of AI creative platforms over the years. Every time a new one starts trending on Threads or gets hyped by creators, I give it a shot. And yet, no matter how far I wander, I always end up back at OpenArt.
For me, OpenArt feels like home.
What's interesting is that many platforms offer the same underlying tools. You'll find Nano Banana Pro, Kling, and other popular models almost everywhere these days. But somehow, the results I get on OpenArt are consistently better. When I use the same models on other platforms, the output often feels like a lower-quality version of what I know those tools are capable of producing.
On OpenArt, the images are stronger, the generations feel more refined, and I spend less time fighting the tool and more time creating.
That's not to say I never experiment elsewhere. I do. Constantly. But OpenArt is the platform I keep coming back to because it delivers the results I'm looking for.
Only suggestion would be to offer more frequent specials or fun giveaways like they did over the 12 days of Christmas.
Five stars from a user who always comes back ❤️
OpenArt has been a game-changer for me!
OpenArt has been a game-changer for me.
I’m an independent filmmaker working on a mythological cinematic universe, sci-fi fantasy epic I’ve been building for years. What used to feel impossible as a solo creator is now actually within reach, and OpenArt is a huge part of why.
The platform has become a core piece of my production pipeline. I can move from idea to image fast, iterate on characters and worlds without losing momentum, and stay locked into the visual language I’ve spent years developing. Character consistency, cinematic composition, mood, lighting, the things that used to take me weeks to wrestle with are now things I can actually explore and refine in real time.
But more than the tools themselves, OpenArt feels like it was built by people who genuinely understand creators. It doesn’t get in my way. It lets me chase the vision instead of fighting the software.
I’ve been creating with AI long enough to remember when none of this existed, when I had to generate 30,000+ images by hand to get character consistency on a graphic novel. OpenArt is the kind of platform I wish I’d had back then, and it’s the reason a dream I’ve carried for years is finally coming to life on screen.
Huge thanks to the team. Keep building. You’re helping people like me tell stories we couldn’t tell any other way.

Recently, I experienced issues with a model i was using so i reached out for help. Ivan from Support went above and beyond to resolve my issue and get me back up and tunning again.
Very satisfied with the quality of the platform, product and customer sevice.

I recently had issues with a couple video generations, but OpenArt AI refunded the credits quickly and handled everything professionally. I appreciate the responsive support and willingness to make things right. The platform has a lot of creative potential, and I’m excited to see it continue improving.

Great platform for multiple AIs
Great platform for allowing you to use multiple AI creative tools with a layer of intelligence on top to get the most out of them.

A user-friendly platform with plenty of features. Probably the best AI platform for models both image and video. The organization system could use some work, particularly in characters. I think it would be beneficial to have folders for my characters in folders so that I can place different versions of my characters in them instead of having to rename them through the creation of a new character, I think this would really help with keeping my characters and elements organized.
My experience has been very positive…
My experience has been very positive and creatively rewarding. I've been using OpenArt for over a year now, and I've witnessed significant improvements in various areas, such as character and chromatic consistency. I also appreciate how quickly OpenArt integrates the latest AI models and the flexibility of their plans, including options for extra credits.
However, there are areas for improvement. I've encountered issues with voice consistency in my projects; it would be fantastic to be able to assign a specific voice when creating a character model. Additionally, achieving background consistency has been a challenge. While the introduction of words was a great step toward improvement, I did find it somewhat difficult to use effectively.

generally work well
Overall, my experience has been decent. The tools generally work well and do a good job. However, there are times when generating characters and audio lacks precision and isn't high-quality enough.
It's fun to use
