Aunque te cambien de tarjeta, seguirás recibiendo cargos no reconocidos y no te ayudarán a recuperar el dinero.
En ocasiones, se tardan muchos días en procesar las compras, y si cae en tu día de corte o después del dia de corte, ya no se podrán diferir las compras a los 3 meses sin intereses y no ayudarán ni escalarán la solicitud para ayudar al cliente.
En cuanto a cargos no reconocidos, cuenta con que Openbank no bloqueará al comercio ni le dará importancia a los reclamos ni regresará el dinero, te dirán que no es posible bloquear al comercio (es decir, que el comercio te seguirá chingando, y Openbank no realiza investigación alguna para ayudarte!).
Pésimo servicio al cliente.
