While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

An absolute fraud

An absolute fraud! They say, "Three days free, and then we charge you" and then attempt to steal over ONE THOUSAND POUNDS from your bank account! Thank God I read the small print and deleted everything. What a scam.

Slow, repetitive, frustrating billing/dispute experience

The tool is slow and repetitive. It often takes a long time for responses to propagate, and it repeatedly leans on the same 2–3 laws/authorities rather than providing broader, well-supported analysis.

The free version offers 10 responses per day, I switched to a trial in hopes for broader analysis, and I wasn’t able to switch back to the free version through the UI and was charged $984 for a full year. I emailed the support but received no response for over a week.

After I filed a credit card dispute, Raymond Lei emailed saying I had to withdraw the dispute within 3 days to be eligible for a refund, which felt like a pressure tactic rather than a straightforward resolution.
