Enrolment was quick & painless given I only had my 30 minute lunch break to make this happen! Samantha Parker was on point & answered my question with clarity!

I had difficulty enrolling initially due to insurance payment. However, Anjum could not have been more helpful.
I had a wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with Nicole, my enrolment consultant at Open Colleges. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. Nicole took the time to listen, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and reassuring. Her genuine care and professionalism really stood out, and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend Nicole to anyone considering studying with Open Colleges.

I loved the flexibility of self-paced study.
I loved the flexibility of self-paced study. As someone working full-time with a family, this gave me the freedom to complete my coursework on my own schedule. Knowing that extensions were available if needed really helped reduce the stress of deadlines.
The trainers and assessors were professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in my success. The student services team was absolutely amazing—every time I called, they listened carefully to my questions and provided solutions quickly and efficiently.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. Completing this qualification is something I never imagined doing at my age, but I’m so proud that I took the leap and achieved it. Open Colleges made the journey not only possible but enjoyable.
Positive and supportive learning experience
I recently completed my study through Open Colleges and had a really positive experience. The course was well structured, easy to follow, and flexible enough to fit around work and family life. Support was always available when I needed it, and assessments were marked very quickly with clear feedback. If I choose to study again in the future, I would definitely go through Open Colleges.

NO INTEGRITY!!! Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Open Colleges Australia is a disgrace to education.
I enrolled in the Diploma of Community Services, and what I found was nothing short of appalling.
This is my experience with Open Colleges Australia, and it was nothing short of a disaster. In my opinion, the Diploma of Community Services was riddled with incoherent, error-filled materials that made learning confusing and frustrating. Assessments contradicted themselves, case studies swapped characters mid-scenario, and the content often felt slapped together without any proper checks. The trainers I dealt with seemed unprepared and unable to provide meaningful support, leaving me with the impression that quality assurance simply doesn’t exist here. To me, the whole program looked like it was outsourced or generated without oversight, producing broken grammar, inconsistent instructions, and a chaotic learning environment. For a course meant to prepare people to work with vulnerable populations, I found this not just disappointing but deeply concerning. Based on my experience, Open Colleges Australia cuts corners, prioritises profit over education, and delivers a low standard that I would strongly caution others against.
I feel, from my experience that Open Colleges Australia is not just a poor choice — it is a serious risk to the integrity of community services and the wellbeing of the people those graduates will one day serve.
Avoid this institution at all costs.
