Fresh and this brokers gives me modern type of vibe. love it

I purchased radar renegade R7 M/T tyres from here, £150 each and decided to spread the cost on payments! And within 1 month my rear tyre has ripples and bubbling all the way around the sidewall and they have accused me of mounting kerbs and causing the damage from 'impact'. Not very happy at all. Money wasted and I'm still paying for them

Less than the advertised 48 hour delivery, well done, the tyres i am well happy with, along with the price.
Excellent on all counts.

From ordering to delivery to my door 20 hours unbelievable service, friendly delivery driver and tyres just as I ordered as a bonus a lot cheaper than anybody else on line Superb service yet again!

Ordered twice from this website - first time over a week delayed because order was lost. This time I've been told order was delivered but no sign of tires. Now I have to go through customer service and claims telling me the standard jargon etc. etc. probably have to chase them for a response.

This website is pointless for the small amount you save the hassle factor is enormous! And the only thing that's consistent is the hassle. No third time for me.

Website quoted 2-3 days delivery, still waiting 28 days later because they allow up to 30 days to deliver before they will do anything regards refund / replacement….. good job I wasn’t in dire need!!!!! Will not use again. Offered no goodwill or assistance just told nothing they can do till 30 days has elapsed even thought tyre is blatantly lost

It’s when things go wrong you realise how good or bad a company is by the way they deal with the situation !

I have seen the bad reviews left here but I can only say that the price and service were excellent. I found a rear tyre for my Triumph Daytona for less than £100 and placed my order at 2pm on the 16th February. I then received an email to say the order was in progress. On the morning of the 17th I was contacted by Openeo customer services to say the order was in progress and it would take 3 to 5 days for the tyre to be delivered. The tyre arrived at 3pm the same day. I will definitely be using them again.

Bought 2 x tires and incorrect ones sent. Took 3 weeks and numerous emails for them to collect the tires. 9 weeks later I have still not received a refund. Eventually bought the tires from Tyreleader and everything was perfect. My advice is if you are contemplating using an online company and don't know which to choose. DO NOT USE Openeo. Try Tyreleader

This is bad company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Charge you 20 per tyre to return by there company only. Don't answer you messages don't give you any notice of collection don't refund you you will have to get PayPal to step in and help which then takes time.
Customer service is very poor and rude they blame each other. After waiting 2 weeks and PayPal getting involved there still charged me 80 pound to return 4 tyres

Poor service and untrustworthy. ordered a tyre after 5 days i'd had no notifications as to a delivery date so contacted them. they said it was dispatched 3 days prior would be arriving in 3 days. 4 days no sign so contacted them again they said they couldn't give a date so i asked for a refund they refused. Had to contact my card supplier to freeze transaction. I now have proof from there dispatch notices that they had lied about dispatch dates!
People please see other reviews this is a common thing with Openeo AVOID!!!

I bought two winter tyres arrived within 10 days all okay . 2 weeks later I bought another pair of winter tyres and one of which was not a run flat as ordered . Many emails and phone calls and they won't pick it up or offer a solution to return it ...so I'm stuck with a 140 euro tyre . Never will I buy from this company again

Openeo say they will deliver between 4-6 days. Because I haven't received a dispatch confirmation email by day 4 I ring up to see if can find out more. I'm told that they haven't received a tracking number but when they do they'll let me know when my tyres will arrive. I ask how long it will take for tyres to arrive once tracking number has been issued. Ans: "don't know because the tracking number hasn't been issued". I ask: "typically how long does it take for other customers". Ans: 2 days. I ask if that includes weekends (it's a Friday), Ans: "no". So tyres not likely to show up until Tuesday - 8 days after order date and 2 days longer than Openeo say in the checkout funnel.

By all means. purchase your tyres from Openeo, but if you want a reliable service go somewhere else.

I bought a set of Metzeler Roadtec 01's form these and they were cheaper than anywhere else online. The two tyres were shipped separately ( from different locations I guess ) with different couriers but they arrived the same day.

I think that they took about 3-4 working days to get here from Germany so that's pretty good I reckon.

I can't fault them and will use them again.

(Although how easy it will be after March '19...)

Your parcel never arrives but is signed for??? DPD carryout a 3week investigation and refuse to compensate me! Please Don't USE openeo because of DPD if you value your hard earned & purchases made. Having to raise a criminal case as my property has been stolen.

Avoid as they use dpd parcel couriers to deliver , no drop off so send you a email to collect. 30 miles away Havant to Southampton avoid at your peril .

last 2 cars have been high performance so have needed decent rubber on them.

cheapest website i have found has been openeo.

had no problems with delivery.

overall a good experience.

I got the best price on tyres for my jeep grand cherokee , the delivery took 4 days (tyres came the Netherlands) so no complaints from me,

bought what i thought was new tyre to find it over 2 years old, when contacted openeo told me to check terms and conditions as tyres up to 3years old are classed as new, was offered 5% off which i considered a joke, buyer beware, wont use again.
