Value for money
You basically getting a normal high street agent job done but fraction of the cost so if you looking to save money I’ll definitely recommend open house, the service is probably better in some cases as for me I found it was more personalised, it’s a small team that deal with your property so there isn’t a loss of communication which is great to be honest 👍🏼 Overall my experience was great thanks again

Excellent service
Never had a problem with these guys. Very helpful and supportive whenever you need help within the property. They are always there to help. Based on my experience with the company, I would strongly recommend it.

Best Estate Agents !!
I had the best experience using Open House Estate Agents, they were very very professional and friendly. They made our moving process easy and smooth any issues were dealt with there and then. They helped and advised us all through our renting journey so i cant thank them enough. I would highly recommend !!

Top Stuff!
Had a great experience with Open House Solihull! The team have been very helpful these last few months and have certainly gone out their way for me. I was on the receiving end of a bad cowboy job on one of my rental properties but the OpenHouse Solihull team directed me to their trusted network of maintenance companies and had the problem solved in no time! No headache and stress whatsoever! Highly recommend!
P.S. they also make a lovely cuppa :D

Amazing Service, Highly Recommend *****
The team behind Open House Solihull were brilliant. Really friendly, professional and helpful and made renting a house during a difficult period (the C-19 pandemic) very easy for me. I certainly feel that any queries that might arise during my tenancy will be answered quickly, professionally and with a smile. 5 Stars for you guys.
