Josh was so helpful and understanding. I’d use the wrong key in the lock and it was stuck - silly I know. But he arrived just when he said he would and replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. I was very grateful .
We had a sudden issue with slippage on a UPVC front door which threw the lock alignment out, stopping the front door locking mechanism from engaging. Called Open Key, and Josh arrived quickly and fixed the issue, (quite a complicated repair) promptly, efficiently and effectively. Highly recommended.
