I feel being proactive about health is important. I have know a number people that, by the time they had symptoms and went to the doctor, it was too late. I really enjoyed this they made it feel more like a spa treatment than a medical procedure.

If I could rate this business a negative 10 I would. I must have signed up for something, maybe a weight loss drug, I’m really not sure with a monthly subscription. I recently found out I have been charged by the month for almost a year for 39.00 and I never have received one thing in the mail from them but have been billing me monthly. I saw this reoccurring charge recently and have tracked it which it started sept 2024, I researched them because I had no idea WTH I was being charged for? Well they took my money, I never received a damn thing from them and I’m out 500.00. Sucks I didn’t catch it sooner but what a bunch of crooks! I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to claim fraudulent charges to get my money back! I’m so irritated!! Bunch of crooks!!! Them should be ashamed and shut down immediately. I believe all of their 5 star reviews are fake!

I was very pleased with the details, explanation and bedside manner of the physician. I was dissappointed the Prenuvo did not share any of my reports before the call so I could have been prepared with more areas to probe further. I called earlier today and requested and was told I would receive. I DID NOT!!

I’m so pleased I did this. If you can afford it, it’s worth doing the the most thorough scan. I only did torso n now have a great idea of my health. Very happy.

I had some fears about things going on in my body and thought I could have cancer. This gave me the peace of mind to have the whole body checked, and thankfully it came back no masses or cancer. The good thing is it checks for a lot of different things, and they did find some things for me to keep an eye on. Some things I knew about and gave even more info about those areas, and some things I did not know about. The facility to get scan was clean, and very comfortable. The process went smooth. The results came back for me to see in a portal and was easy to read, with visuals from the scan, and explanations of what they found. The follow up call was very thorough and gave action plans for what to do to either monitor or to fix or work on each problem. Highly recommend this if you can afford it and want to be proactive on your health.

Eefrin was professional, friendly, personable, attentive and engaging with her detail of my scan queries.
I appreciated her explanations in layman’s terminology that I can understand and ask pertinent questions based on past family and self history.
She listened, heard me and provided synopsis of next steps and priorities because of my healthcare insurance cost, OOP responsibilities and queries based on my financial status and struggles which was helpful!
My only feedback is to extend the time from 30 min to 45 min to an hour.
Prenuvo is providing a proactive MRI experience your users require to take their health in their own hands.
To feel rushed in a 30 min interval to review these findings seems as if we are back in a doctors office (which is why we came to Prenuvo for your services and professional guidance based on results)
Please don’t expedite this important aspect of our scan findings and what it means to your clients if we elect to review with your healthcare professional staff.

Very informative summary of findings motivating me to even better health goals

I’ve been taking the tirzepatide medication with Claya for 2 months now; going into my third. After having a great discussion with the provider we together decided to change my prescription to help achieve my weight loss goal. I definitely felt heard and felt that she gave great advice. This has been a great experience so far. Highly recommend!!!
