Extremely disappointing experience. There is no phone support, so when you have a problem, you are completely dependent on email. I have emailed support three separate times regarding a contact syncing issue with the Quo app. My contacts still will not sync.
I followed every troubleshooting step that support requested, spent significant time trying to resolve the issue on my end, and yet the problem remains unresolved. The responses have not led to a solution, and without the ability to speak to someone directly, the process has been frustrating and time-consuming.
A business phone service should provide reliable support when customers encounter technical issues. Based on my experience, Quo has fallen far short of that expectation. I cannot recommend a service where a basic problem remains unresolved after multiple support requests and extensive troubleshooting. Don’t waste your money on this service .

I was having trouble logging into the Quo App. Mel helped me figure out why I couldn’t log in via my email. The service was very professional and addressed my issue quickly.

I rarely give five stars, but so far Quo has been terrific. The application is solid. I have had problems with settings I messed up, and the chatbot has been very quick and very handy, and everything gets fixed thoroughly. While I haven't had a whole lot of use of actual calls, triaging, and using the automated system, I'm looking forward to it. I think this was a good investment.

We have been doing the same calls these last weeks.
We don't do cold caling. Or cold SMSing.
They had me waste hours as a business owner talking to an AI chatbot. Using AI to detect spam or whatever they dont even try to help you they just instantly block you and when you send them requested documents they deny you even if you show proof you are calling people that apply on your website

Absolutely, the people make all the difference with Quo. I forgot to update my credit card and got an automatic notice. I was out of town at the time, and easily updated the information, following the instructions in the email. I then manually made the payment, Through the whole process I was in communication with Sam, who stayed with me every step of the way and confirmed payment.
