I was very wary of using a cash property buying company due to the bad reputation they have but I couldn't fault the service I received from OPG. They were incredibly accomadating, and couldn't do enough to help. Both Jake and Jason were on hand for any questions I had, and they made the whole experience ( which I was dreading ) go smoothly. Completion was done to my timescale and if you need to sell your property quickly I would highly recommend them .

I spoke with Jake regarding my flat that sadly has cladding issues. Given the complexities surrounding flats with cladding, Jake was only able to offer 50% of what the company perceived would be the value. However, we did talk about what the offer might be if all remedial work had been completed which Jake said would be in the region of 85% of the value at that point. To be fair the honesty and transparency was clearly evident and I will certainly be contacting him again in about 16 months time when I know my flat will have finished all the remedial work associated with this cladding scandal. As first impressions go - this was a very good one.
