My journey with Open Your Spirit has already started a few years ago, where the first seeds were sown and this time I participated in the 8 week Women Circle with Lisa and Anna.
The process I am going through right now is so wonderful - I am just enjoying it!
A big part of it was the Women Circle and this community between the women!
At the beginning I was very skeptical to find another date and to commit myself with all the tasks and to-dos I have at the moment.
But that's when I first listened to my intuition to sign up, and now know that it was exactly how it was supposed to be and the best decision I could have made! 🥹
Dear OYS team, you have managed to teased out this hidden, repressed, forgotten feminine side in me....
So much has been released in me, so much healing I was able to give myself, but also my family.
I am looking forward more positively than I have in a long time… even though I am actually letting go of everything familiar with my partner in the process of emigration, in order to start a fulfilled life for us🙏🏼
I trust in myself, in the journey to me and to ourselves and I am just full of joy, strength, creativity and urge to create!
All that I had already completely forgotten or did not allow to belong to me to function mindlessly....
You have gently and full of love awakened me from this slumber and given me so many tools to the hand that I may now just integrate and look forward to all the emotions that come up.

I was also a part of the women circle with Lisa and Anna. Personally, I think every woman should try it to express herself and embody her femininity. I can definitely recommend it! Thanks a lot for everything!

I was part of the first and the second women circle and I can only say it was great! So much information and wonderful rituals! I experienced many healings and new pulses that I have to integrate in my everyday life now. Even after the circle we are supporting each other and sharing our discoveries. I recommend it to every women. It happened so much in my life since the first circle and it will happen so much in the future, too.

I've been working with Lisa and Nawid since the beginning of Open your Spirit. I love their work. Most recently, I was part of the Woman Circle. A wonderful experience.
