My experience with Operation Freedom was seamless from beginning to end. Any questions I had was answered and I was helped with easy. I couldn't have predicted a more straightforward and smooth process. I would highly recommend veterans to this program. After seeing the lines and wait times for the visas that we were able to bypass made this even more worth it. This is the total package for helping u relocate to Panama and I am very grateful for the service I received toward my permanent residency. I 100% would recommend.

This organization needs to be commended on both sides; Reuben with the knowledge and insight he gives to veterans about what they are entitled too and Nicole and her staff on the immigration side. Me saying what I have experienced isn't enough. You need to contact this group if you're moving to Panama.....especially Veterans. Reach out to Reuben and his team. This young man taught this old man and those who know me.....that's a hugh compliment and I'm greatful. My glass is always half full. I respect anyone who can give me more knowledge than I already have.

From the moment I started working with this awesome TEAM, it's has been a wonderful experience and has far exceeded all expectations. They arranged transportation to their very impressive office, the drivers were prompt and courteous. I met with the team on a Monday and had my PENSIONADO VISA in hand on Friday as promised. Yaz walked me through immigration (I felt like a celebrity walking the red carpet) 25 minutes from start to finish. Then we went to the bank to open an account. Again, Yaz facilitated the entire process seamlessly.......45 minutes and we were done!

Nicole was fantastic. I can’t imagine going through this process without her. She handled everything and was there to deal with any issue that came up. It was painless and easy. Immigrations was a mad house but with Nicole’s help we all sailed right through.

I don't think there's enough room in this description box to explain and express how this process and level of customer service was!!!! To see Nicole (Immigration Attorney) in action was AMAZING. It was over 200 people in the Immigration office and from the time Nicole meet me at the entrance until my picture was taken and ID in hand, took less than 20 minutes!!!! To anyone reading this. My experience with Operation Freedom Pty began about six weeks prior to my arrival in Panama. From our initial contact, the entire team that worked with me: Ruben, Nicole, Yasiel, and Dora; has been extremely professional, proficient, & personable. Each team member proved to be experts in their area of expertise and very responsive in catering to any questions, concerns, and personal challenges I encountered. Nicole could not have made the immigration process any smoother. If I were to provide one constructive recommendation it would be to somehow incorporate a structured local tour of the city's residential areas so that the military veteran can better determine if the city is where they would prefer to live, and if so; what area. I was fortunate in that Dora and Nicole each made time to expose me to certain areas. I highly recommend the Operation Freedom Pty team to any and all military veterans considering relocation to Panama City.
