if I can leave zero stars, I'd do it. This tool created more troubles than it helped. I purchased the Pro version 1st, and went through two interviews with HR. Catastrophic experience. I just don't see how it helped me at all. Then, I was like let's give it a try with the Coding feature. For this, I had to upgrade to the Premium package. After, struggling to upgrade, I decided to cancel, but then shortly after realized that my credit card was charged. Since, I paid for the service, I decided to give it a try to see how it work. Well, to my dissapointment you can not even create a session for coding, not to say that you can't even test the feature at all. Then, I went on and tried the customer support chat, and guess what, well it is not working. I sent an email but then I decided enough is enough. This is not working at all. Not sure if someone ever tested this app at all. It is simply not working for me. Now, I am in a process of refund. Let's see where this gets me, haha...
