I would not purchase from Opia again…

- The dress smelt strongly of cigarette smoke when it arrived, which was quite disgusting.
The postal package did not smell of it, just the dress itself. It's something I've never experienced when shopping online.

What sort of factory working environment are these clothes are made in!?! Fortunately, the smell came out after washing, but my perceived value of Opia clothing is now low!

- The sizing of the dress is quite big for an XS, especially around the arm and chest area, I'd say their XS sizing is actually S sizing.

- I informed them of this via email, but they have not replied, let alone offered compensation. It has been over a week since I contacted them.

misleading info and fraud buying online

We recently bought an item of clothing online through the Opia webshop, consisting of a top and pants. However, upon receipt of the package, the pants were missing. Opia replied that the pants were sold out, and that therefore only the top would be shipped. However, nowhere on the webshop's product page did it state that if we bought the whole package, we would only receive the top. This is a very concrete case of misleading information on the webshop page and a blatant form of fraud. Opia did not respond to our request for a refund for the missing pants. For an organization that explicitly aims to be ethical, this is particularly unfortunate: there is misleading information in their webshop and they do not answer "nuisance" emails? This is the last time we (and our children and friends) will buy anything from them.
