I redeemed a voucher on the 14th of October 2025, I was supposed to get my reward after 2 weeks, 2 weeks went by without getting my reward and the status on the redeemed voucher is showing as pending.
I sent messages twice via contact on their website, no reply until today the 5th of December 2025
They don't give you any gift Cards! And they don't answer any email!
