I completed a survey for Opinion Health with the clear understanding that payment for each completed phase would be made within 3–5 weeks, as stated by the company. Unfortunately, it has now been over 8 weeks (and counting) and I have still not received any payment.
I have contacted Opinion Health multiple times and keep being told to write to a staff member named Lily. I have done so repeatedly, yet none of my emails have received a response. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
What makes this worse is that I am clearly not the only one affected. I have seen many other participants raising similar complaints across different social media platforms about delayed or missing payments. This suggests a systemic issue, not an isolated case.
Instead of repeatedly telling people to “email again,” Opinion Health should proactively review all emails from the past several weeks or months, identify participants who are owed payments, and settle these debts without further delay. Participants should not have to chase endlessly for money they legitimately earned.
If Lily is responsible for handling these matters, then there is a serious problem with communication and accountability. Ignoring emails while payments remain outstanding is unacceptable.
I strongly urge Opinion Health to:

Review all unpaid cases immediately
Respond to outstanding emails
Pay all participants who are overdue, including myself

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to others.

Sometimes meeting the criteria can be a little exhausting, but if you have the time they are definitely worth working with. Fast and easy reimbursement and trustworthy.

User-friendly, intuitive design and easy access. Things moved smoothly and efficiency, especially speed of receiving incentives.

I really enjoyed my interviews and would love to participate in more studies.

This was a great company that made it easy and insightful to earn a little extra cash in some very difficult times. They were compassionate, beneficial and I truly felt that they were interested in what I had to say. If you ever have time and opportunity to work for or with them I totally recommend it

I have done studies with this company. They pay quickly and are very professional as well as responsive.

Opinion Health was excellent to work with. The communication was clear and concise. The incentive was paid quickly. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future.

They chose me for an interview and they were really nice. It’s good to see someone researching my disease.

I have completed multiple studies over the last year or two and never recieved any of the paid compensation that was offered for said studies. E-mails to the company are dismissed as "wait until" a date in the future. That date passes, and they never pay out anything. They do keep sending relentless e-mails to make offers though. This is a scam.

We had an issue with the initial appointment that was set up so had to reschedule. Then I had to keep emailing to receive my incentive. Overall, they have room to improve but the people were nice and I’m very happy they are researching PI. I would work with them again.

These guys are amazing. Love doing their surveys. They are very legit and i hope more ppl join them and trudt them. They are good on incentives as said very legit company

I completed Phase 5 of the VLN Cigarette survey in May and was told payment would be processed within 3–4 weeks. It is now well past that timeframe and I have still not been paid. I have contacted Opinion Health multiple times about this issue but have received no resolution. The person listed as my contact, Lily, has either not responded or replied in a way that was dismissive and unhelpful.

I had a very painful and frustrating experience with Opinion Health during the VLN Cigarettes project. After completing my assigned phase (Phase 6), payment was never made. Despite reaching out multiple times, the response from the contact person, Lily, was either dismissive or unhelpful. Sometimes she wouldn’t respond at all, and other times she claimed to be on vacation while ignoring the issue entirely.

What’s even more upsetting is that this hasn’t only happened to me but my smoking Buddy who worked on the same project is also still waiting for payment, along with several others. It feels completely unfair to put in time and effort, meet all the requirements, and then be disregarded like this.

This whole experience has left me feeling disheartened and disrespected. Opinion Health needs to do better, treat your contributors with honesty and basic decency, and pay people for the work they’ve done. Check all the emails sent to Lily and make the payments she is not fit for the position.

Opinion Health has been great to work with. Their so studies are health related and are very important. They always are very professional and super quick to respond to any issues or questions that I've had. I look forward to participating in more Opinion Health surveys and studies.

Opinion Health always sends me interesting and topical surveys in which I'm happy to participate. They also respond quickly via email if I have any real time questions about things like compensation.

Took part in a research excellent company professional treated very well .
Felt secure and really enjoyed the group got to chat and meet other people and got paid .
