Disgusting waited over a hour for food…

Disgusting waited over a hour for food to arrive ugh . Egg fu young was swimming in oil .my hubby's curry looked like something the dog threw up and the chips were rock hard
And to top it all . It was cold !!!! 1st time I've ever used this takeaway. Its all gone in the bin ..... Fuming !!!!! Never again hiw do they get away with it !!!!!!! .

Once, twice... not a third time

This is the second time I have ordered from this establishment and both times I haven't been impressed. On the first occasion they gave me noodles instead of fried rice (I don't like noodles), the second time I ordered chicken fried rice and the pieces of chicken were hard and inedible. The only plus side is that my wife's food was fine both times.

I worked here for a few months

I worked here for a few months. Whilst working there I was shocked at the bad alterations, bad measurements, overpriced products. Lack of management and awful owner.
The first day I worked there I was given the keys to the building and left on my own. I wasn't even taught how to use the tills after that day I was working 30+ hour weeks as well as studying. I was working majority of the time by myself. Opening up and closing.

I dealt with a lot of disgruntled customers. Rightfully so. I took the measurements for the dresses and wrote out detailed plans of how the dresses needed to be altered in order to fit the customers. Unfortunately due to the alterations being done by people who don't speak English, it was totally lost in translation. I don't think one dress was altered correctly. The delays were horrific.

To top it all off as the worst place I ever worked. I ended up unwell and I was still coming to work, eventually I ended up in a&e and had to have an emergency operation. Whilst I was still in hospital I recieved a message from the owner of the shop telling me that I am fired and he doesn't believe that I am unwell.

Honestly the worst place to work and never ever buy a dress here.

To be honest I'm surprised this place is still open

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered online, delivery time was 50mins later. 15 mins after it was due to arrive, I phoned and was told they were really busy and it was on the way. Another 15 mins later I phoned and was told the driver is 5 mins away. I phoned 10 mins later, by which time we'd been waiting 1.5 hours from ordering and frankly were starving and cross at being fobbed off for now over 45 mins. They were incredibly rude from the moment they answered, shouting down the phone at me, said they were cancelling my order and put the phone down. Don't use.

Absolutely shocking spend nearly £30 on…

Absolutely shocking spend nearly £30 on a take away and they don’t send prawn crackers because they don’t give them free anymore you have to pay for them what do they cost to make 10p woman on the phone was horrible and was like what do you want me to do and put the phone down had a beef fried rice that had 1 piece of beef in it they have lost our
custom shocking from a restaurant very disappointed

Never again

Tonight ordered half crispy duck waited bout 80 mins food cold this time didn't want the duck chopped up but yup came chopped up full of grizzle the cucumber unedible was squishy like it had either been frozen or old disgusting .
Only half a pot of sauce pancakes cold and still honestly I will never order from there again I have used them so much in the past but last 2 orders I've had beyond terrible never ever again

Order wasn't ready

Ordered on the website and went into to collect after 25 minutes. Was told the machine had frozen so the order hadn't come through so had to wait another 20 minutes while they made my order. Sat in a freezing cold area with the doors open.

Food was nice but this is not the first time I've ordered online and the order hasn't gone through.

Unsure if I will use again

I had waited on an hour again. Called chasing my food to be told it had not been received, then it had and their website was down. If I hadn’t have called I wouldn’t have received my order. Food came 30 mins later

Terrible

Our regular takeaway, Joyous Feast, in kidsgrove was closed and so tried their neighbour oriental pearl on market street and it was terrible. It was late, like warm and just did not taste good at all.
Chef special Singapore noodles fell out of the tub like jelly. The spicy chicken wings had 0 spice but mouthfuls of garlic. Curry sauce is a disaster.
First time we have tried this place and it’ll be the last, did not enjoy this food what so ever.

Always satisfied with our orders

We have ordered our meal online before even opening restaurant, what was more convenient for me and easy to proceed. The driver arrived in very reasonable time considering it was pick up time on friday. Couldn't have expect it sooner. The food was well packed, and hot as always. Delicious as always.
I'm the customer of Oriental Pearl from over 10 years and always satisfied.

And that big man behind counter need to learn some manners or be sacked! Other Chinese cheaper an better tasting with staff that have respect.
