I lost my OPN-GO app🙏
It doesn’t open that was working before about 15 days

As per your reply the App you are talking about a parking App.
I am talking about OPN-GO the cryptocurrency Trading App which was assigned me by the DAFFI the institute that has created a WhatsApp Group name DAF Group where I lost about 45,000 USDT by the lost of their assigned APP “ OPN-GO “ all letters are in upper case. In that App my balance is about 31,000 USDT, which increases as per day to day cryptocurrency values increases.

If you can please report to FBI as it was our hard earned money by that I lost my both knees during working in Mechanical Engineering Industries like Amazon, JLL, Baronet Coffee, DMS, Arrow Electronics etc.

This happened to me twice - I am parking at auchan and using their promo codes I get from auchan. Everything looks good in the app, the promo code is applied, the subsequent invoice is showing me 0 balance but alas, my account is being credited.
Got in touch with support, received this message :
"Dear Mr Bogos,

I thank you for your return and apologize for the inconvenience.

I inform you the refund of 5.90€, referring to the parking of 26/06/2021.

The amount will be visible in your bank account as soon as possible."

Never received the refund from them ...
Happened again last week (Saturday) - got in touch with support, they are saying that the invoice says 0 because I had no money on my account (which is true) but how come an invoice which shows 0 to be paid has to be credited from my account?????

L.E. : OpnGo did get back to me and refunded the amounts in question. Hopefully they did not do so only because I posted a negative review.

I was in Belgium earlier this week. At the parking lot near Zoo Antwerpen, my number plate was scanned and they charged 17€ from my card where as in reality I had taken a parking ticket and paid 6€ with the discount for visitors to zoo. I’ve written few times but no response from these guys whether they will reimburse the 17€. Be careful.

Update- happy to say that after discussions with customer service department, they have promptly refunded the excess amount. Thanks.

I have booked parking place at Invalides. Camera plate recognition was not working and same with QR code. I have contacted OPnGO support and they told me to take a ticket and on the way out contact parking agent using itercom. I tried a few times but nobody was answering it. So I have to pay again, this time 37,50 EUR to leave the parking.
Payment have been refunded after contact with OPnGo support.

Do not respect their own T&c’s, was overcharged and customer service is unprofessional
To your response please note It was not refunded on commercial basis but because it was debited twice on my account so my review title stands as you overcharged me, on that basis there is a trust issue!!

I was overcharged EUR 180 for parking that I didn't use. They said they will reimburse me, but two months later they have not. This app is a scam.

App is "honest" but they lock approx 15 euro from your credit card each time u use a parking. if u use the parking 10 times they lock (and must have to use it) 150 euro and so on!
