I’m treating my twin sister to a…
I’m treating my twin sister to a holiday over with me on the mainland as she lives in JERSEY. She hardly ever leaves the island but I’ve managed to book it with Opodo and I have paid for it and put everything on my iPhone and printed it off and even book the seats both ways for her to come. It was very easy and I feel I’ve done everything right to get my sister over with me for a three week holiday. Opodo sorted me through the whole process and I’ve even booked a seat for my twin coming over and going back. I’m sure all will go well and if it does, I will be using them again for next year thank you Opodo.

scandalous methods
It is a scandal that the only way to cancel Prime is by a very expensive call from abroad and that the agent (who is kind and just doing his job) forces me to listen to him for 20 minutes to cancel. You must allow for different cancelation methods.

Avoid! They charge money to your account without authorisation and refuse to engage to rectify the matter. Avoid at all costs unless you want them stealing your money. Outrageous customer service, and I believe near criminal actions.

Scams!! Signed me up for subscription with out me knowing
Opodo signed me up for a free trial for Opodo prime (which I didn’t accept/ sign up too so had no idea it was on) which then turned into an annual subscription which I got charged £89.99 for and now there refusing to refund

This is a very disgusting agency. I bought a ticket for bercolona on Ryanair but I couldn't check in. When I contacted them, they didn't give me any assurance. Then I asked for a refund. They didn't refund the money. I don't recommend it. This is a very disgusting agency.

This is my third year renewing my membership with Opodo, and I have been very pleased with the service. The company has helped me save money on flights and hotel bookings around the world. Their customer service has also been helpful whenever I've had any issues with my bookings or when renewing my membership. Overall, I've had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Opodo.

It was great booking the ticket
It was great booking the ticket. But I was not happy about the additions that kept the flight charges going up. My partner did not need a 23kg suitcase costing £56 going and coming when we are using only one suitcase.

If anyone want to sue opodo please thumb up here.
First, the Opodo is registered in UK/Spain. Any other EU country residents are not recommended to use them, because when there's dispute it will be communicated to sue them.
Second, keep all communication evidence when the customer from phone is not helping, write opodo in formal email and file their contract formular, keep copy and note down the time.
Second, if unfortunately you have the same situation that you need to sue them for Prime-Abo, contact your lawyer, check if you can find a address in UK or Spain from friends as the contact for law suits. Otherwise, try to find a local lawyer to support.
We are currently going through this process and will keep update here.
