Quality tires

Quality tires. Excellent value for money. Super fast free postage. Such a great selection of different tires. I've bought car and motorcycle tires from oponeo for many years now, and never had any problems. Highly recommended tire supplier👍👍

Bought tyres from them 1 year ago and…

Bought tyres from them 1 year ago and they have both failed , cracked all around logos, I need to get new tyres now. They sold me faulty tyres. Don’t buy these tyres go somewhere else. Waste of money , hard to deal with their customer service too, all you will get is a sad 10% discount to replace your tyres and they will never claim fault.

After carefully reviewing the photos you provided, we found that the damage appears to be a typical tyre cut. Such cuts are usually caused by external factors — like potholes, sharp objects on the road (e.g. stones or glass), or protruding parts of the vehicle. Damage to the tyre’s sidewall is particularly serious, as this part of the tyre is responsible for withstanding internal pressure and maintaining your car’s stability. Cuts, tears, or bulges in this area often indicate structural damage and can lead to a blowout.
Please note that the manufacturer's warranty only covers production defects. Since this is clearly a mechanical issue resulting from external influence, the claim was rejected by the manufacturer.
You mentioned that you had expert opinions supporting your case. We kindly asked you to share these with us, but unfortunately, we have not received any such documentation so far. We would still be happy to review them should you choose to forward them to us.
We understand your disappointment and regret that your experience with our customer service did not meet your expectations. We always aim to offer the best possible resolution, which is why we offered a discount on replacement tyres as a gesture of goodwill.

Very bad service

Hi!
I worded 2 tyres, and i got only one. I contract them and then they realised they sent only one by mistake. After a week i still don't have the second tyres.
Very Very bad service!

Please note that the order was fully despatched, due to the size of the tyres they were sent in two parcels, and we can the remaining tyre is slightly delayed but on the way to you.
Furthermore, we see no correspondence between you and our team in regards to this order especially informing you that one tyres was not despatched.
Both tyres despatched the same day which can be checked on the tracking details we have forwarded to you in an email with your order details.

Ordered two tyres and arrived 3 days later with exactly as I ordered, great price and will ordering the two more soon.
