2 stars only because there was no mistakes with the order. However, on the website there were icons suggesting that this is 24 hours delivery, and that was why I decided to order. Unfortunately, order placed Wednesday evening, arrived next Tuesday.

Really bad experience
I have chosen for the super speed delivery 4 days ago en I still not received my order.
After to many times calling them , they told me that I am still have to wait few more days cause of some logistics issues!!!!

Delivery by Oponeo took couple of days…
Delivery by Oponeo took couple of days longer than promised.
The worst part is that their partners are not reliable. I ordered tires to the partner’s workshop so they will install it, but those people are always busy and even rejected to serve me on the appointment they set. When I was there for the appointment the tyres looked very dirty and poorly treated. I hope it will go away, once I finally have them on and wash my car.
To sum up, do not ever choose garage “Auto Mak”!
At least the right tyres are delivered by Oponeo for a reasonable price.

the worst company ever, ordered to deliver in 2-3 days(standart) and already 4th day, how not even getting track and trace, when already now next day need to be in garage....and even not canceling sending..... not returning money 🤬😡

Order placed at 14h and paid extra for 48 shipping. I was then told on the expected day of delivery that those orders have to be placed before 12.
This wasn’t mentioned on the product page or during checkout, nor was it in their terms&conditions. Even though they acknowledged this, I only got a “sorry” and no reimbursement was granted when asked.
Knowing what I know now, I would’ve just gone for their 2-3 day shipping option, or ordered somewhere cheaper.

Ordering was easy and simple. When I called the lady on the phone could answer my questions. I ordered on Wednesday and did not get an update so I called back on Monday morning. I got to know the tires will be delivered by Wednesday but were already delivered on Tuesday.
