Terrible service I would not recommend this place to no one ever they never sent my suit I paid the next day service I can't talk to no one etc bad for business never again

I would have given them five stars if it weren't for the fact that the sizing is WAY off. I would recommend ordering TWO sizes up. I only ordered one size up, and it's tighter than I'd prefer, but still workable (thankfully, because you have to pay for the return shipping).

That said, my order arrived SUPER fast! The suits are obviously not the best quality, but they are fully lined and look cute, and for my one-off event, totally worth the $21.50 I paid for the two-piece suit.

Ordered before 2pm on Wednesday for next day delivery it is now Saturday and I still haven’t received it..!! Why advertise next day delivery when you can’t actually deliver it the next day and most certainly shouldn’t charge £19.95..!!!
Absolutely shocking to be told there was a problem with the system and my order got missed on the Wednesday and no offer of money back in the delivery..!!

Im not sure what to review as i dont have my suit yet, I accidentally ordered two so need one returning and have emailed Opposuits. Would be so much easier to speak to someone and resolve issues is there no number I can call?

Ok, so I STUDIOUSLY investigated the sizing before placing my order for one of the new beach suits. I can't speak for anyone else and their experience, but I've not had too many sizing issues with Opposuits (I ordered a suit a couple of years back which was snug but because it was slim fit I think).

Anyway, I think that I'm probably a 40" waist and maybe a 17.5" or 18" collar on shirts. I usually wear a 2XL (UK size) on tops and tees. Looking at the sizing chart, I went with tradition and ordered a 2XL.

So the shirt is bigger than I thought it would be and the shorts are a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but they both fit adequately. It's difficult to know whether the fit is different because of the style/cut of a beach suit versus a normal suit.

Overall though I'm really happy - the delivery was absolutely on expectations - in fact it arrived a day earlier (bonus). The material of the suit is what I would expect - it's not bad quality at all, it's just not 'cotton twill'. We pay the price for the novelty effect, not the choice of fabric (well, most of the time).

I think Opposuits could do more to clarify the sizing - why not have a pop-up online like other sites where you can put in your measurements and it can recommend your size based either on its normal charts or on other buyer's choices/experiences? The negative reviews mainly focus on this very issue - people are buying the normal size they buy but the dimensions are not the same across EU/US/UK and the translation isn't great. This could be remedied so easily - I daresay the Trustpilot reviews would improve - c'mon Opposuits, you're potentially letting yourselves down.

I ordered one of their new Summer Combos. The shirt fits great! The shorts were at least 2 sizes too small! The sizing guide for the combos shows a 51" waist for the 2xl...which obviously is incorrect, but it really is a 36" or 38" max... I reached out to customer service to express my frustration with the incorrect size info posted, and they offered the return option. I am keeping the outfit - I will wear the shirt and my wife can wear the shirt, but I will not be ordering from them again! This is sad, as I have WANTED one of their suits for so long!

DON'T DO IT!!! DON'T ORDER FROM OPPOSUITS!!!! The sizing isn't very clear nor accurate. Even though you've been a long time customer, spending thousands on suits over the years, we recently needed to exchange for the next size up only to be told they won't do exchanges and the customer MUST pay MASSIVE shipping fees of their own money to ship back and then reorder the new size so they sit pretty with hundreds of dollars in the mean time. Will never spend another penny with this company directly!! Horrible customer service. Amazon sells some suits by this company and Amazon sends prepaid shipping labels so use Amazon!

I‘ve ordered a christmas Outfit for my son. Because of lockdown it arrived too late. All service employee (Wies, Patrick) were always very kind and helpful. I got money back without any Problems and was informed about every status. Would recommend this great Company. Thanks a lot!

Don't do it, guys.
Ordered the size 38 for my husband with a 33" waist.
My profile picture is the suit on me... a US size 6 female with a 28" waist.
There is a 14 day return period, but not really.
You have to return and reorder.
No way will I pay them again without my refund first.
If I order 2 sizes bigger, what are the chances that will actually fit?
Also, I won't need the suit in the month it takes to return and process and reorder and ship.

My suit got lost in transit so i did not get it for the event i needed it for (ordered a month in advance). I contacted opposuits and the shipping company and got little help. Requested a refund and they refused to refund the shipping fee saying it was 'my' fault it was lost in transit?

I ordered 2 suits because it said next day delivery. I did not receive the suits for 3 days and they arrived after the event I needed them for. I tried to cancel the order but it was not possible. After receiving the suits I then promptly returned them with tracking. My tracking says Opposuits received my return 4 weeks ago and I still have not been issued a refund despite sending several emails to customer service trying to resolve the issue. Very disappointed.

Absolute deception and dodgy lies, they promise next day delivery and when i ordered and gave them 3 days they promised it would come. Checked the next day and they assured me it was sent, thanks Michelle, liar, then the next day I check the delivery from the courier and the courier advised it had not left the sender. this is a scam company.

I didn’t know what size I needed from the blazer. The customer service really helped me out. Great service & fast delivery.

Awesome suits, very bright and colorful, great quality and great customer service! Had so many positive reactions on the suits at my brother's wedding! Amazing, can definitely recommend.

The product is very cheap quality, badly cut suits. The worst is the return policy shorter and more expensive than anywhere else. Really don't buy there.

Ordered 4 suits, a size up from the size charts and when received they all were way to small. 2 of them were not even close to size so i sent them all back in the same package for a refund which was done well with in the time frame.
Only was refunded for 2 suits and then said i only sent 2 back not 4.
I have replied with the tracking number and that all 4 suits were in the same package.
Very slow in replying to emails and im still out of pocket for something i dont have.

I ordered my suit in a 40 which was to fit to a 43 inch chest. I'm a 42. Return and reorder process was super easy as the original was tight. The shipping was not to be refunded, however when I explained that the size chart was incorrect, I was refunded the shipping.

Having purchased three Oppo suits in the past,and been very satisfied,I recently received one
which was to tighter fit and decided to return for a refund from my experience so far I can only assume it
is purposely made so difficult that your 14 day requirement expires and then not being eligible
to a refund I'm left with a suit that is of no use.
As with lots of the other reviews I would suggest if your considering buying an Opposuit purchase it from Amazon.
Perhaps after reading my comments Opposuits may contact me and assist me to make a return

I received two messages from the same person in response. Neither of the responses were able to provide any resolve.
It's a shame b/c I wont be purchasing from this site again based on this. Very impersonal and poor customer service from order to now. Especially considering the fact the order was delayed in delivery in the first instance.

Absolutely do not use this company.
I ordered a women's Christmas suit for a party I'm hosting. Dress up is mandatory and I live in Central Australia so no shops nearby where I could get anything like this.
"Overnight shipping" took 14 days and I just opened it, one week out from my event and it's a SIZE 20 in a size 12 box!
Save yourself a lot of tears and devastation, don't shop here. Thanks Opposuits for ruining my event.
