I ordered the Versace VE4461 glasses a month ago tomorrow, and I still haven’t received them. The order status has been stuck on “waiting for delivery from supplier,” and I haven’t received any updates or emails from the seller. What’s even worse is that on their website, the product page still says “delivery in 7–10 days,” which is completely misleading — it said the same thing when I placed my order a month ago. Very disappointing experience.

I bought two pairs of same style glasses from optica-optima less than 2 years ago, I broke one pair by accident, thus my fault and bought another same pair from optica-optima, the other pair bought less than 2 years ago and under warranty broke natually as a manufacturer defeft, optica-optima were shown pictures but THEY refused to warrant / replace, I would advise not to buy from optica-optima as they do not honor their warranty.

I order a pair of Oakley jawbreakers. First off I waited 4 weeks for them to arrived. The quality of them is very poor. parts not aligning. Colour is off. Im getting no replies by email. Don't order from here you will regret it. I feel like if I return them I will not even get my money back. Buy from genuine trusted sites. There is no point trying to save a few pounds, it's not worth it.

Finding a decent price for ray ban sunglasses can be a nightmare in uk either priced out of my budget or so cheep they are definitely fake. I found optical optima a fair price with shipping to U.K. well packaged and well presented thank you.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses for 245 eur on the 19 july. No further communication about when they would be delivered. I see on their website that they are "preparing the order". On the 27 july, I contact them to request an update and a confirmed delivery date before I leave on holiday. They don't bother answering until I put a very bad review up and lo and behold, they answer to tell me that they have to place the order with their supplier. So, what have they been doing with my money since the 19th of July? Then On the 2nd August, they tell me the glasses are no longer being manufactured when I have found them on other sites, so they blatantly lie. Instead of placing the order with their supplier immediately on the 19th when the sunglasses were still in stock, they waited and its only normal that they get sold out during the sales. Please beware as these are very dishonest business practises and border on fraude. Place an order at your own peril.

Great range of glasses at competitive prices. Ordered in the Saturday had arrived by the Wednesday…would have been Tuesday except I was out. Will definitely use them again for my terrible sunglass habit, highly recommend!

Appalling scam, fraudulent and beware.
Placed my order and paid the money, then was told item was out of stock. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Non existent customer service, I visited the store in Los Narejos and they refused to help, they said it was nothing to do with them even though they are the same company. Stay well away from this bunch of fraudsters.

Unresolved refund and bad customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pair of glasses frames from this store, and the size I received was wrong and different from what was listed on the website. The error was entirely on their end.
I tried to request a return label through their website, but it kept showing an error. When I contacted customer service, they told me that if I couldn’t get the return label through my account, I should just print a copy of the invoice and include it with the return — which is what I did.
I paid $40 out of pocket to send the item back, even though it wasn’t my fault. The parcel was shipped on June 14, and as of July 9, it’s been stuck in Madrid with no updates. I’ve reached out asking what we can do about it since I followed all their instructions exactly, but I’ve received no response.
At this point, I’ve lost the product, my money, and additional shipping costs — and customer service is simply ignoring me. I just want my refund processed, including the return shipping, which is more than fair considering the mistake was theirs.
Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

Paid £220 for saint laurent sunglasses - great product. Was enjoying them until I got billed an extra £60 from Fedex. Do not use - hidden fees. I have contacted customer service four times with no response.

First time buying sunglasses. I've got the Saint Laurent SL 572. They are originals. I loved them. I'd buy again soon. I bought them on Thursday and they arrived 5 days later in Australia—speedy shipping.
I saved $400.. The price I paid at the checkout was the total price. No extra taxes.
