I purchased a optic led grow light 600h…

I purchased a optic led grow light 600h on Dec 22 , i got an email stating they took my 600 dollars but no information on order status or delivery tracking , I've sent several emails and got 1 notification saying it shipped on 27th Dec, , so I emailed back for tracking information or any other information,because their website says delivery to illinois is 1 day ,nothing back from optic ,I've called 7 numbers they have all but 1 works the rest are disconnected, of course they r , I left 3 messages and 10 emails, once I realized they r apparently not doing business or going out of business, or not doing anything for consumer but taking our money, I'm contacting bank on .Monday 1/6/25 , then contacting attny ,these businesses think they can rob the average consumer , please due dillagence and plz check reviews after reading the review I would of bought a different brand of light THAT INCLUDES CUSTOMER SERVICE, i have all email copy's and phone records and non working phone numbers, as of 1/5/25 no emails or phone , tracking , no light or no money back ,NO INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER!!! DONT LET THEM KEEP GETTN AWAY WITH THIS, THANKS STEVE WATSON, I JUST WANT REFUND!!
Update 1/7/25 TALKED TO MY BANK , IF ANYONE HAS BEEN ROBBED BY OPTIC LED, GOT UR MONEY, CALL BANK THEY R ON IT, I TALKED TO ATTORNEY, IM SURE WE HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE BEEN ROBBED WE CAN DO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ON THESE CLOWNS , WE CAN TAKE THEIR MONEY AND PUT THEMOUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD,THATS ONE LES BUSINESS TAKN CONSUMERS MONEY !!!!!

OpticLED, OpticLED Grow Lights

Purchased the 60watt UV/IR 2pack for $141.55 on 10/27/24, it is now 11/3/2024 as I'm writing this review and I have still not received my order, on the opticled website it says "unfulfilled". Like ma y others I have called, texted, emailed, called all 4 customer service numbers, some are disconnected and no longer in service, others send you directly to voicemail, the rest just ring. No response from anyone on the sales team or customer service team, no one responds to their opticled Instagram, or Twitter, or Facebook. Best advice I could give anyone is to STAY AWAY FROM OPTICLED, they are a 50/50 scam company, meaning u have a 50% chance of getting ur item or not. BE WARNED, THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE RISK OF BEING SCAMMED, THERE ARE BETTER LED LIGHT BRANDS THEN THESE SH*TBAG SCAM ARTIST WITH WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrendous Customer Service, Cheap Unreliable Product

I purchased the Optic 6 Gen 3 about 4 years ago, it came with a 10 year warranty. The light did well when it worked but within a year a segment of the light went bad. It took about 2 weeks for someone to respond to my email, phone calls were left unanswered and not even sure if they listed the correct number. They did send a repair kit which included 3 light boards even though I only needed 1, at the time. Within 3 more years I had used the other 2 as well to replace defective sections. Now it is not even 5 years old and yet another section has gone bad. Once again, it took nearly 2 weeks to get an email response and this time the person (would not identify themselves) told me since the model was over 5 years old it was time to replace the light! BTW, I have 20 year old Hydrofarm lights which still work perfectly (other than bulb replacement). So in conclusion, the customer service for Optic LED is horrendous, the product is just cheap crap, and Optic LED is not willing to honor their own warranty. I and you should take our business to someplace much, much, much more reputable as these people and their products just suck.

Avoid using this company

Avoid using this company. Have been repeatedly lied to about an order supposedly shipped 30 days ago. Spoke to employee after not receiving product and was promised tracking number next day and replacement item. No call back as promised. Stupidly ordered another item showing in stock online. Received email out of stock. Called and requested refund. Got run around and 5 days later no refund. No one answers phone. Nothing. This company is a scam!!!!!

I have an Optic Slim 600

I have an Optic Slim 600, seems to be a good light. I recently ordered a bloom.enhancing bar. Slim 100. They created a shipping label the very next day but it has now been just sitting in limbo for 2 weeks. So much for there shipping guarantee. I tried sending email and called 4 phone numbers. Zero response. I can only assume if my Slim 600 has a problem the 10 year warranty is most likely worthless. Company gets a big fat 0 from me. Contacting bank Monday to try and get my money back.

The product is fine

The product is fine, however there customer service is awful. Because of this I would fully recommend looking elsewhere for this type of product. If I need to change this 750 led slim I would not buy from this company. Sad as the product is okay.

Amazing lights I have no complaints…

Amazing lights I have no complaints there. My complaint is with their customer service its nonexistent. Light came in works great, supposedly they have a guide for their lights. Well I emailed them, talked to them on Instagram and was told to email them for the PDF of the guide. Absolutely no reply for 2 weeks so far. If you can handle a great light with nonexistent customer service these guys have it. If you want good customer service and a good light go elsewhere.

Got the 600h slim Gen 2 light

Got the 600h slim Gen 2 light. Nice light but bad packaging on companies behalf. Camr with5 missing screws. 2 of the screws were rolling around with the light. Screws weren't in a bag just thrown in the box. Missing tool kit. Light looked like it was a floor model. Light and know boxhas light scratches on it. Do not buy fr them.

Super overpriced Alibaba knockoffs

I can agree with other review Jesse blames customers and offers no real help for a premium product the warranty is a complete sham they guarantee and warranty nothing in my experience.

STAY AWAY!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Purchased 2 x 650S units and a master controller. Both the units had issues with the Blue LED's flickering while the power was off, one worse than the other. Tried contacting company to sort the issue out. Customer service "Jesse" didn't want anything to do with what I had to say and blamed it on a bad earth connection. I sent videos of the units at two different households on multiple circuits/phases with the exact same issue occurring, thus cancelling out the issue of a bad earth. From what I have researched this can happen from either two reasons poor quality leds or the switch from driver to the leds letting residual current through. I provided "jesse" with all this information and they just stopped getting back to me. This issue caused true and tried clones to herm out and cause abnormally stunted growth (as blue light reduces stretch). I spent over $3500 with this company with little to no Support or understanding. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable company. I have since purchased The green sunshine companies ES300V3 and they leave the optic LED's for dead. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Good lights bad customer service

They advertise a 15 year guarantee for their lights, however trying to actually put a claim through seems impossible. Emails get ignored. I've been trying for over a month now to get a proper reply from someone within the company.

Not the best service but good products

Their websites are kind of disorganized and it's difficult to figure out from where to order. I ended up ordering from the wrong webpage. They don't always reply to e-mails, but over the phone the service was good

At the end I got the product and it only took 1 week. The product I got works great
