Didn't make my sons sports glasses correct. Automatically ordered a new pair without my consent and stopped responding. Still haven't received the correct pair and I'm out of money. They are scamming people! DO NOT BUY HERE!

Ordered the glasses on Jan 3rd, was told 2 weeks
emailed them heard nothing back for weeks, had to file for a chargeback in order to be told the glasses were damaged in the lab, and I have to wait 4 more business days

I ordered prescription shades for softball on December 2, 2025. It is now January 11, 2026. I continue to receive the same excuse. Order# 105428

I purchased order no. #104631. They sent me the wrong sizes. Wrote too many emails, nobody helps, nobody answers. Lost 147$.

Excellent customer service, Thank You Ron Menchero. When I spoke to Ron it was just for having scratches repaired and I was pleasantly surprised how easy he made it. I was a compilating a new style and it didn't take much to decide on a second new pair. I was that pleased with the first pair I had purchased 2yrs ago and just hope I'm as pleased with the new style. I'm confident customer service will take of any issues.

I was apprehensive about ordering glasses online but the experience is well thought out and you are able to connect with real people throughout the process from ordering all the way to refunds. Beth recently helped me resolve an issue with a refund quickly and over a weekend - I sent one email and she had my refund processed within a few hours and had updates from her along the way. Thank you Beth! All online retailers should follow this model.

The entire process was seamless! They have great communication with their customers via text which makes everything so much easier!. The zipper on the case came broken and no issues replacing it, no questions asked. All via text. Highly recommend for you sport goggle needs!!

I was looking for a pair of glasses to wear during hockey and was having trouble finding something suitable. A Reddit post pointed me to Optics Outfitters and I was a bit gunshy on ordering online without trying them on, but Optics Outfitters Try-On Box where they send you 4 glasses to try on at a time was a perfect way to get over my hesitation.

I ordered 4 glasses, and they were sent really quickly to me. Ron messaged me to introduce himself and to help take care of any issues. The first thing that I had to ask was if I could keep the glasses a bit longer than the 5 day return period because I wanted to take the glasses to my rink and let me teammates try them on. He said that was no problem and would follow up with me the next day. Everyone at the rink loved the glasses but there were definitely some that fit better than others on my face. I told Ron that I didn't find anything that fit me great, but I did notice some commonalities. Some of the lenses were too close to my face, and some of the temples were too thick to fit in my helmet. These are all problems unique to my head, so don't take that as a general sizing issue. Ron listened to my feedback and said, hey, send back the Try-On set, and I'll send you another 4 that might address your needs. So we did that and I got a new 4 to try on. I took them to the rink again for people to try on and found a set that I liked. I told Ron I had found a winner, sent him my prescription and Pupillary Distance and he placed the order for me. The price was good, especially with the first time order discount code they had at the time.

I placed the order on May 6, and got them May 30th. A bit of a longer turnaround time than I expected, but I mean, they're making glasses.

Got them and tried them on and they fit great and I can see again. I don't know if I can hit the puck, but at least now I have one less excuse.
