My 1st purchase.
The 1st time I used this company they made an error and dispatched the wrong item. However, I judged them on the speed that they corrected that error. This gave me the confidence to place another higher value order with them after a couple of days. I don’t rate an organisation when things go right, their actions when things go wrong is far more important.

Only stock quality items at a reasonable price to start with will match other suppliers price's. When they have a sale it is a sale, not a bumped up price that gets reduced.
