Poor way to run a company

I first came across Optifast a couple of months ago and tried the meal replacement shakes. When I needed to order more, quite a few were ‘sold out’. I messaged customer services to ask when they’d be back in stock, but they didn’t know. Since then they’ve put a ‘closing down’ on their website. So I asked if they were really closing down or re-branding. The reply was Optifast products are moving to Every Health. Great. Perfect. Or not. There are hardly any Optifast products available. Why they couldn’t be transparent in the first place I don’t know.

They offer a welcome discount of 25%…

They offer a welcome discount of 25% off your first order, supposedly, if you sign up to the newsletter. Well did that and it says the provided code has expired.
Contacted their customer service through Facebook - no response.
Contacted the parent company, Nestle through the provided email address. About as useful as a hole in the head. After asking for a screenshot of the discount code, they replied saying it had expired. Well, no s*** sherlock!
Even today, received another mail offering 30% off my first purchase. Tried again and...wait for it...it says the code has expired!
Total waste of time and complete false advertising.

Impressive after sales support from Jennene

Thank you Jennene for a five star customer service experience .
I’m delighted with the support I received today regarding Optifast products.
My issue was fully resolved in the most pleasant manner- good old fashioned customer service .

A very dishonest company

I sent a pair of $245.00 pair of RayBans to this company to have the temple repaired on one side. They first told me I had to buy two. I did. I paid over $120.00 for this and they sent me a cheap pair of glasses on the day they told me they were going to repair and that it would take two weeks. We contacted them and they said that they changed the invoice number and the cheap pair was ours. There is no way this big, knock off Raybans were mine. I even sent pictures of my glasses on my face and that when the communication stopped. They would not respond to any of the emails or calls we tried to make. They are rude and foul. This infamous Becky is one of the people we spoke with as well. Do not send your merchandise to this company or do any business with them. We are out of over $360.00, but we have decided to take it to higher authority to get our money back. How can a company be allowed to take your merchandise and money and think it is okay. Not in America.
