⭐ .I.. ..I. / 5 — Fraud, misrepresentation, and financial damage
Company: Optima Exchange
Product: “Ready-made crypto exchange PHP script”
Website: http"s"://optima.exchange и
I am writing this review to warn other buyers.
Optima Exchange presents itself as a company offering a “ready-made” cryptocurrency exchange solution. In reality, this is either a fake company or a one-person operation built around misleading advertising and post-sale extortion.
I purchased their product under a maximum tariff plan, trusting:
their website,
Envato / CodeCanyon advertising exposure,
paid reviews and promotional blog articles.
After payment, the situation changed completely.
What actually happened:
The product is not production-ready.
Critical components do not work correctly:
trading logic,
order synchronization,
price updates,
transaction handling,
blockchain-related processes.
Bugs include critical code errors that make real trading impossible.
Instead of fixing issues according to the technical requirements:
support repeatedly replied with “send more money” or “wait 1–2 days”,
every request (even bug fixes) was turned into a paid service,
promised work was not delivered.
Over time, I lost more than $16,000 USD (USD and USDT) on:
license upgrades,
paid “support”,
promises that were never fulfilled.
Additional red flags:
No clear legal entity information.
No verifiable company registration.
No real accountability.
Multiple other victims contacted me privately describing the same pattern:
pay → promises → delays → new payments → no results.
Some victims also reported that the same developer later tried to resell my redesigned product, which I created independently while trying to salvage my project.
Conclusion:
This is not a professional software vendor.
This is a classic example of:
misrepresentation,
fraudulent post-sale behavior,
financial exploitation of customers.
If you are considering buying a crypto exchange script from optima.exchange — do not do it.
I strongly recommend avoiding this product and this “company”.
