Recently, I experienced an unforeseen delay returning from my break due to a lift issue, resulting in my return being approximately 10 minutes later than planned. Unfortunately, upon my return, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from Marianne / Adam / Debbie
The treatment I received left me feeling undervalued and demoralized. It's crucial to recognize that each employee's dedication and commitment should not be overshadowed by isolated incidents. We are all valuable contributors to the success of this company and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Smooth Experience with Kirsty White

My Experience
The experience as a whole has been easy, quick, friendly and extremely rewarding. Lovely recruitment experience
I've loved dealing with Optime. Malgorzata is so friendly, understanding and sympathetic. Ultimately I did not proceed with the job I was in recruitment for because I was offered a full time job elsewhere. But Optime and Malgorzata were so helpful, they delayed my start so I could attend to personal matters and I've been offered nothing but congratulations on a new job.
