Been placed under their care for a fortnight, they've lied to me about sending out my prescription and now expect me to wait a fortnight without medication before they'll do anything. Not fit for service, pathetic and unhelpful phone support and doctor's that quite simply lie to you. An absolute shower of ****

NHS care taken over- ADHD
NHS care taken over, following my previous provider ceasing care/ decommissioned.
My initial appointment (medication review) followed the next working day, after first ever contact.
Some issues out of mine and their control, in respect of quick emergency transfer of care. However, what I would like to inform, is the care, compassion and support Optomise staff (Joanne to be specific), displayed. They went above and beyond to ensure this was implemented and kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you!!!

Highly recommended
The staff at Optimise are all wonderful: patient, kind, friendly, and they couldn't do enough for me. Unfortunately my experience was ultimately a little disappointing, but this was only because I didn't respond to the treatment as I'd hoped. I would heartily recommend using Optimise for any treatment you need.

TMS Treatment
I received TMS treatment through Optimise Health Group at Ghosh Medical Centre, Rodney Street, Liverpool.
I decided to take up TMS after suffering from alcoholism, depression and an eating disorder. I was very anxious to start with as I didn’t know what to expect but the staff- especially Viola made me feel completely at ease.
20 sessions on and I have now completed my treatment and I feel like a different person! I can’t believe this actually worked! I would 100% recommended Optimise and in particular the TMS treatment.
Thank you to everyone who helped me the past few weeks.

Excellent care and treatment
I was treated with TMS at the Warrington clinic for severe anxiety, depression and OCD. The team were very supportive, dedicated and kind throughout from the receptionists to Dr Nazir. Would highly recommend to anybody suffering with mental health problems. I feel 100% better after TMS and feel like I am now in charge of my life.
