I took my father there for full blood tests after his heart attack was given concise results by a private GP through Optimised Body And Mind. Dad was then given appropriate vitamin injections to improve his overall health and well-being. The staff were amazing and friendly and they just couldn’t have done more. Would highly recommend people try the service

If there was a zero star I would gladly give it to these company.

Everyone listen to me , AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID A PLAGUE. They did a PCR test that they never arrived and then lied that they did and refused vehemently to send the proof that they did. I curse the soil that they walk on because they are clearly taking advantage of customers. Hope trading and standard will do their job.

Well attended over the phone by a lady called Zaiin. Explained all services rendered by the Centre. Answered all questions with reassurance that they are so efficient, the results comes out same day before 18:00hrs. I was so impressed by her passion for her customers, she called to highlight that we need to bring our passports with us. Zain is a Highly Valuable Asset in the Company for her mere opening her mouth encourages clients to utilise her service. She has that positive good impact on clients resulting to clients bringing relatives, friends and all people to her service. Highly appreciate Service Rendered On A Holiday. Amazing place to go for treatments. The place is neat and tidy, and staff are very professional and friendly especially Shaz & Zainab. I am currently undergoing laser treatment with such a quick, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent service every time. Highly recommended

I recently have had B12 injection at Optimised body and mind and was impressed by the service. Very friendly staff and easy to deal with. Very clean and hygienic room. The injector was professional and friendly. The injection itself is not painful. I will continue with my injections and have recommended this to friends of my age group.

This is request to you, the optimize body and mind it company which is registered in UK, and working in pakistan illegally , they also make difficulties to labor and misbehaves and abuses for no reason, they terminate the employee with any prior notice, without informing FBR they try to demagnetize the country ,we informed this illegal act to all the Pakistan high authorities,uk embassy,

Please take a strick action against them

Came in today, very late evening with my son last minute needing a pcr as we are going on holiday in the early hours next day! There was a lady named zaynab who welcomed us in, she saw how anxious Nd worried I was and she was just so lovely in reassuring us that all will be OK and we'll get our results today! Just got our results, can't thank her enough the service provided to us today were of very professional standards. I will be letting my firm know that this is the place to come. Thanks again
