Our results never arrived
Our results never arrived, we emailed and still no response. We also checked our account multiple times and still no update. Even after weeks. We definitely registered our tests too, exactly as was shown on the information sheet. I would say go with a different company, save yourself some very potential trouble.

Great Service
Had a great Experience with Zainab here. My husband and I needed emergency PCR fit to fly test, as we both are doctors we could only come for appointment during our Lunch break.Zainab was very helpful and professional. Luckily we got the results by midnight and were able to catch our flight.

Do not recommend at all
We booked day 2&8 kits. Day 2 test was going to be delivered on our first day of self-isolation. However, it reached where we stay before we could get to the city! It was taken to the nearest DPD local which was more than an hour away!
We took our test on day 2 and the lab was going to give us the results 48h after reaching the lab. 60h after the lab received the samples I emailed them and asked for the results! They told us the results then. For day 8, the results got to the lab on day 9. It is day 12 and no results received despite emails!
They also do not provide any refunds in almost any circumstances (post damage, post delays, lab delays, etc)

Once it has left us we are not responsible for where DPD delivers your item if no one is home to collect it. Return PCR's can take up to 48hrs to be sent out once it is in the Lab. (delivery time is not included in the 48hrs). However looking into your Day 8, there doesn't seem to be anything registered on our system, this can happen if the registration wasn't completed before sending it off to us. Very unprofessional behaviour
Sent my day 2 COVID test on 21 January and still got no result, so this situation basically restricted my movements completely and ability to do my job as legally I cannot leave the premises until I get the negative result.
I received answer from the support team the same day
( 21 January ) confirming that they got all the necessary information ( such as time barcode etc, so they were aware that it has been posted to them )
After that I sent them 3 emails starting 28 January and nobody ever got back to me within the next 10 days.
So they took money for tests and now simply ignoring my emails not giving any explanation.

Well done, avoid them by all means.

OBM day 2 covid test was cheap and results could be send online, saving everyone's time. Also a customer server Kaleem helped me through a technical issue I had with my email so all in all I was pleased with OBM.

Very unprofessional to say the least. I had given day 2 test sample on 1st Feb. I had to follow up multiple times after 72 hours to get report. On 5th day I got a negative report. But no report was given for my wife. On following up again, they gave a positive report for my wife with a different barcode number. On calling again, on 6th day they say I have the virus too and send a new report.
