Fantastic service
Fantastic service. We collected the test at the centre at Luton and a very nice lady Zainab instructed us step by step through the process and we were able to get the results in just few hours after leaving the sample in the centre. Very nice and welcoming staff, easy to find location, good atmosphere, excellent customer service for very good price. Even though we did the cheapest test we still got our results very quickly in only few hours. I would recommend to everybody and I will use them again.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. First I have ordered four lateral flow tests, and three pcr.
I have received the two pcr and three pcr. I have sent back the incorrect order (after the phone call which took several attempts) and never heard back. No refund nor correct tests.
When registered the three pcr as the day two I have never received any results.
Avoid at any cost.
