Plugin never worked completely right for me from the start. Kept throwing REST API errors. Plugin would work intermittently, then broke completely to the point where I could not edit pages or use the templates at all.
But, before it broke completely, plugin worked intermittently. Images would randomly disappear. Icons would display in the editor (when it was working) and then not appear on the live site. Eventually, editor would fail and pages would not load at all. The plugin is very buggy and rough around the edges. COmpany bent over backwards to defend it and deny there was a problem until it was very obvious there *was* a problem. Company requested Wordpress login credentials to investigate. I created special login creds for them. They accessed my site, and tried to determine what might be going wrong. However, during this process, for some reason, decided to add a plugin to my site without my knowledge or permission. I removed the plugin, and told them that I did not want any modifications to the site (basically, look but please do not touch anything). They acknowledged.
However, Optimize Press support team kept blaming my host and, at one point, subtly denigrated my hosting provider. After over a month of back and forth, realized the issue was not going to be fixed. They finally (FINALLY!) admitted there was a false/erroneous REST API error, after repeatedly denying there was any problem with their plugin. However, plugin still did not work, still could not load templates or edit pages (tested in multiple different browsers). They promised to investigate again, and fix the plugin issues.
By that point, however, I had given up and asked for a refund. Canceled my subscription, deleted the plugin, and moved on. However, my fault — I neglected to fully revoke their access to my site, and their tech people went in and *again* made *unauthorized* changes to my website (by re-adding the OP plugin and activating it without switching back to the OP theme, which I had deactivated). They claim the plugin was fixed, but a quick test before deleting their plugin for a second time revealed... it was *still* not working as advertised. Templates still not loading. Pages still not editable.
I then restored the entire site to a prior backup (where I had a working theme in native Wordpress/FSE, new edits, new design started, etc.), re-delete the OP plugins, and revoked Optimize Press's access to my site again.
OP also wrote to me that they would consider issuing a refund (and even put in a refund request with their accounts team and tagged it as a refund request) even though I was beyond the refund period, simply due to all the problems I was having with the plugin. Support also acknowledged after all this time that they knew about inherent conflicts with their plugin with my hosting provider and had other customers who had similar problems. They only mentioned this towards the very end, but sounds like they knew this was going to be a problem. If I had known this from the beginning, I would have simply not signed up, since it wouldn't be worth the hassle to buy a plugin that's not compatible with my host.
Overall, I had a poor experience. Got fed up with the way support was handling the ongoing problems. Can you believe they wanted FTP access to my site to investigate the problem with their plugin? Can you imagine the disaster and havoc they would have caused if they ever got that level of access?
Thankfully I had backups that I could restore from.
UPDATE: Optimize Press finally issued a full refund after I posted this negative review and exchanged several private emails with them. The founder requested I delete this review after issuing a refund, claiming much of the information is now incorrect. However, the facts are correct, and well-documented in their own support ticket system (and copies of emails sent to me). My experience is what it is. Maybe other customers have had better experiences than mine. But... mine was absolutely terrible and so my review stands. Sometimes, plugins don't work. That happens. I wish it didn't, but it happens. Not everything is compatible with everything else. Sometimes products are a poor fit. I get that. But.. there is no excuse for the kind of customer support I received. Most of what happened didn't need to happen, yet it did. Wasted a lot of my time and energy trying to fix a problem that was never going to be fixed, and I suspect (in my own personal opinion), the CS knew this was never going to work correctly on my hosting environment. Thankful they eventually decided to issue a full refund. A lesson for both of us, I guess.
I do not appreciate having my details shared with the public
Hi, you guys are great. With the video demonstration, I can clearly understand how to solve the problem. Thank you very much!
The assistant was super fast and solved every problem. What can I say? Perfect service!
Love Optimizepress 3.0. Quick support and excellent web builder. I have been with them since their inception and I keep coming back to this awesome tool.
Blown away by speed of response and how helpful Rich was with OptomizePress support on a SATURDAY no less. Incredible. I was with clickfunnels 1.0 for 6 years at a higher tier plan and never experienced this level of support.
I absolutely love OptimizePress because it helps me create professional pages in my business, but what I really love is their customer support.
Today I had a problem with some of my images not showing up and I put in a support ticket and in less then 30 minutes my issues was resolved!
I own another one of their products, which is Kourses and the customer service is exactly the same.
The video training in both products is so thorough and that is fantastic, because I am a visual learner.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about the products, the company and their support.
Currrently, I am getting ready to renew my product license for OptimizePress and I feel blessed to have found the perfect solution for my business with this company.

My OP3 builder was down, and Rich was doing his best to find a way to make it work again. I was nervous because I had tons of page building ahead of me, but with Rich's help and the way he communicated with me, I was able to continue my work. Thanks so much, and best wishes to the entire support team!
Best, Armin
Today I received amazingly fast same day replies and fix's for my issues from the OptimizePress support team. Jonathan, you are the best... Thanks

The support team is the best! After weeks of stressing out about my theme issues, they found my concern and fixed it! Now my website is back up and running. And it was something I had done inside the website that was causing the issue. I recommend this team!

As I write this, I've cancelled my subscription with OptimizePress after purchasing the Suite plan for 1 website. My rating is 100% based on the experience trying to get support. I submitted 2 tickets 2 weeks ago and not a single person has even acknowledged receipt. It's extremely frustrating when you want to finish your project and move onto other things. I wish I went with GoHighLevel or another platform because this was a bogus experience and a waste of $323 that I know I'll never get back.

Amazing platform and support from Kevin and the team. I recently switched from another popular WordPress based marketing tools suite and I won't look back.
After being tired of bugs and glitches with "TT" I became aware of OptimizePress from one a business coach I was working with.
After trying out the tool and speaking with the support team to help me get started, I haven't looked back.
My site is now getting more leads than before and pages load super fast.

I bought this on the recommendation of a trusted source, and boy do I regret it. Customer service is very slow. When you're trying to run a web based business, you don't have 2-3 days to wait for tech support or customer service to reply. THEN, if you have to go back and forth, it adds even more time.
The video tutorials are inadequate. Thank God for Youtube.
I upgraded my plan and was charged 3 times. I contacted them immediately and got no reply.
I went through my credit card company to get an adjustment and then OptimizePress canceled my year long base subscription!!!
Not to mention that the upgraded plug-in never worked.
I'm just done. What a waste of money and effort.
Edited to add that after posting my review, the CEO reached out and fixed things. They reactivated my base account and upgrade the upgrade (from Silver to Gold). So, I've upgraded this review from 2 stars to 3.

As an SEO and marketing expert Optimizepress has been an invaluable platform for my business.
With so many templates and features to choose from, I can quickly build and test new pages and features without too much work.
The ability to still use plugins for anything not covered with Optimizepress is great a bonus.
I have tried several companies similar to Optimizepress and none have the same versatility for the price.
It has everything I need and more with an amazing support team that responds very promptly!
Would highly recommend
OptimizePress was a breeze to use. We got the main plugins suite installed in a few minutes and had our first landing page live in about 20 mins with a few customisations.
The platform is fast and the pages load super fast - I think other reviewers here might be using a different version as we tested against Astra and Oxygen and both were slower on PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix verses the same page built with OptimizePress.
Our costs for ads actually dropped once we directed traffic to our new OptimizePress landing page. Highly recommended!
As part of my launch of my ebook, I needed a better looking landing page. I took the plunge and purchased the OptimizePress Suite plan.
I found there were many great looking templates (organised into collections of the same style) so I could quickly create a set of pages (I think they call this a funnel) to sell my ebook.
In the first 2 weeks of launching my ebook, I've sold $667 of ebooks (at $29 each). I know this might not be impressive to some, but as I had zero income from ebooks before this, It's amazing for me.
I'm now starting to build another "funnel" and add some extra products (upsells) to increase my revenue more.
I've only spent $42 on FB ads so this is a huge win for me - I'm excited to see what comes next.
I would recommend OptimizePress if you're looking for a solution that you host yourself (you install it on your WordPress site) and want to take payments and manage your pages yourself.
Thanks OP team for all your help and guidance along the way!
