I work for a UK based NGO working in East Africa - we switched our CRM to Infoodle over 5 years ago and have never looked back! It has joined together so many processes we were using different providers for i.e. supporter database, sending emails, form responses, claiming gift aid, financial reporting etc. Their support is also excellent - we certainly would not hesitate to recommend Infoodle to other charities!

The sales and support team are easy to reach, friendly and very helpful. You get to talk to a human each time you call, which is a refreshing change. The pricing is far better than other CRMs I've looked in to. Infoodle does everything we need and keeps us organised.

We have been with infoodle for 5 years and love it, we use the CRM, Finance and Events package. It is user-friendly, intuitive, integrates beautifully with Xero and any data is so easy to pull out in a report. It's a great NZ company - support local!
The helpdesk is amazing, always quick to respond, always happy to help and if something doesn't work for us they work hard to find a solution to make it work.
