Called to arrange a viewing and test drive of a vehicle. Travelled 90 miles for the appointment. Met by “Dave” who then informed me I couldn’t test drive the car unless I was going to buy it. When I informed him that if the car was what I wanted then I would buy it, but that would mean putting £3k of the asking price (£46,810) on my credit card he stated “we don’t take credit cards….” Because apparently I could then ask for my money back…. That rang alarm bells. He then said someone was coming to buy it the next day.
Incompetent springs to mind. Don’t be like Dave…🙄
Recently bought a 5.0 liter F-type from optimum, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Unprofessional and incompetent. I called yesterday to leave a deposit on a vehicle. Mark one of the salesmen told me he would call me back, After an hour i called back again, to give my deposit.. Mark failed to call me back for the 2nd time. Now the vehicle is sold. Absolute joke!!!! Very Unprofessional company!!!
bought my new car from optimum veh,in york wher they had a great selection of quality cars ,what a great experience .john who i dealt with though out the purchase was first class ,not pushy and very very professional .i had visit mercedes benz on numerous occasions but the service wasnt good compared to this place .i would give them 10 stars if possible ,i cannot recommend them highly enough ,i,m sure if your looking for your next car ,give them a visit ,you wont be dissapointed ,i travelled from bristol to york and it was well worth the trip ,great cars ,in first class condition and good prices also ,thanks optimum ,you made an old man very happy ,keep up the good work ,cheers
