We have yet to go on our booked holiday however Optimus Holidays and Kenny have made the booking process very smooth.

We have booked a Princess cruise holiday for October 2026 and Kenny listened to the requirements, made some suggestions and was able to secure an excellent cabin on the ship.

The flights have still to be organised but he is going to look at availability from airports other than London which was an excellent suggestion.

I found him to be very helpful throughout and we feel very reassured that we will have a wonderful trip next year.

Our trip involved flights, hotels, train travel and a cruise. The team at Optimus did a great job with the arrangements. Had a minor hiccup with where to get off the train but Kenny did his very best to help. Will certainly consider using Optimus again.

Just returned from a two week cruise package including flights, hotel stays and transfers. Excellent service and very good value for money. Kenny looked after all details from start to finish, and assisted us with any queries or questions we had during and after booking. Definitely recommended and will be looking to use Optimus again for our future cruise holidays.

Kenny has booked us a fly stay and cruise for later on in the year . He was really helpful in going through our trip with us . He has been really helpful on discussing flights hotels and transfers pre cruise and after the cruise . This holiday is for 2 celebrations and Kenny has been excellent in planning our trip to Australia and Asia . We are both looking forward to our big trip .

I had quite a few questions about our flights from Edinburgh for our cruise from New Zealand and holiday to Australia. Kenny the rep kept us up to date with all things including up to 3 months from travel about allternative flights.

We contacted Optimus for the first time and spoke to Eric. We had not used the company before. Eric answered all our questions. I said we needed to think about it. No problem was the reply. When would you like me to call you back. We gave a date and time, and he called back. We had more questions, and he answered them all. So, we booked our fabulous holiday. Everything went like clockwork. Flights, transfers, hotels, cruise. Everything. We had a fabulous holiday in NewZealand and Australia and cruise. Eric was amazing. I would recommend Optimus without hesitation

Kenny is wonderful, after being let down by a larger agency he resolved and made my booking without any issues. He was prompt effecient and kept me updated. He phoned as promised and he is always polite and courteous. Going forward I wont be using anyone else.

We are very pedantic people but Richard was extremely helpful and responded to all our questions - and we had many - very quickly.
Our Australia trip is not for a few months but we are very excited as it's a big celebration for us.
Everything is in place now and Richard - and Optimus - has been helpful all the time and we feel reassured that all holiday arrangements - stay and cruise - will go as planned.
